Luxurious studio

Modern 35 m2 studio in a residential neighborhood. It is located in a separate house on our private property. It has a huge garden, a private patio with a BBQ. It is very well equipped to make everyone feel at home away from home. Reykjavik centrum is 10 km away. The kitchen has all necessary appliances and cutlery. Sleeping arrangement is a queen size bed and a sleeping sofa with down duvets and pillows. The bathroom is nicely decorated with a large walk in shower and a washer/dryer

This apartment is located in a beautiful and peaceful environment with a great view and Icelandic horses in their natural surroundings all over. Private parking and nice roads from the high way(Road 1). Perfect for 2 guests but also with a nice sleeping sofa so it is possible to accommodate 4 guests. My place is about 10-15 minutes drive by car from the city centre (NOT WALKING DISTANCE). Free parking. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood, but is close to the main bus station in Reykjavík and public transport and easy commute to the city centre with buses. You’ll love my place because of the coziness and the quiet neighbourhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers.

Nice apartment located 10 km from downtown Reykjavík with a free parking.. Swimming pool near by, grocery shops, gas station and good walking trails by the sea with a view over Viðey. Museum and galleries near by also. The apartment is on a fifth floor and in the building are 38 apartments with all kinds of neighbors so this is not a party house. I meet my guests to let them have the key.
