Varmt välkomna till vår lilla gulliga sommarstuga mitt i skogen på Romelåsen! Här, mitt ute i ingenstans, hittar ni ett gemytligt och mysigt ställe. Gott om natur nära inpå knuten och trevliga grannar. Nytt badrum och kök, men visst renoveringsbehov finns i övrigt. I stugan finns en dubbelsäng och spjälsäng, och i gäststugan finns en säng och en våningssäng. Det finns en vedeldad badtunna och ett stort uterum du gärna får använda. Du tar med egna handdukar och lakan, och städar själv.

A modern and fully equipped accommodation, suitable for smaller - large families or groups. This 1-8 person accommodation is located in Skåne, Svedala, just a half-hour drive from Malmö, Lund, Ystad, Trelleborg, and Copenhagen. Close to the beach, forest, culture, golf courses, birdwatching, and more. The house is used as a guesthouse year-round. It is a well-equipped and relatively new stone house from 2012, situated on the host's property with a view of the courtyard and surrounding fields.

A complete guesthouse just for you. Here you will find your very own sauna, a big bathroom with shower, a living room with kitchen complete with stove and fridge/freezer and a loft with a king size double bed. The couch folds out to a queen size bed. The guest house is right next to our main house but has its very own patio for some privacy. Parking is easy accessible and is is of course included. We are usually close by if you have any questions or want tips regarding the surroundings.

Vill du till Malmö, finns busshållplatsen enbart 200m borta, och föredrar du cykeln finns också fina cykelvägar. Boendet har två enkelsängar på loftet, samt en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Det finns ett vacker badrum med dusch, samt ett kök, där det finns båda diskmaskin, tvättmaskin och kyl.

This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.

Från lugnet i skogen till stränderna i Höllviken och Falsterbo på 25 minuter. Njut av lugnet i skogen men där allt finns inom en arms räckhåll.

Med en egen uteplats med vy ut mot dom skånska kullarna så finns det tid för att njuta. I huset finns det tillgång till tvättmaskin, vatten, mikrovågsugn, kaffekokare och ett litet kylskåp. Det finns också plats för er bil. Närmsta busshållplats ligger 2km bort och 4km till tågstation.

You’ll love this house because of the views, the outdoors space and the calming ambiance. Our home is good for nature lovers & couples. Our garden have several fruit trees and berry bushes so feel free to harvest the fruits and berries depending of the season.
