The house is 102 sqm and features 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, and 1 bathroom Free parking right outside the house Close to Malmö/Copenhagen as well as the white sandy beaches of Falsterbo The train station is only 5 minutes away by car, with trains taking you to Malmö in 15 minutes or Copenhagen Central Station in 45 minutes.

This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.

Med en egen uteplats med vy ut mot dom skånska kullarna så finns det tid för att njuta. I huset finns det tillgång till tvättmaskin, vatten, mikrovågsugn, kaffekokare och ett litet kylskåp. Det finns också plats för er bil. Närmsta busshållplats ligger 2km bort och 4km till tågstation.

Framför panorama fönstret med fantastisk utsikt finns fåtöljer och bord för avkoppling och umgänge.

Gästhuset består av en studio i eget hus med en 160 cm säng och en bäddsoffa med soffbord, samt matlagningsplats med spis, ugn, litet kylskåp med frysfack samt kaffekokare. Lyxig toalett med dusch finns i stugan. Uteplats med tillgång till grill ingår. Max 4 personer är lämpligt för detta boende. Städning samt lakan ingår. Parkering på tomten. Laddning av elbil mot betalning. Nyttjande av pool och bastu mot betalning.

This place is close to Malmö airport/ Sturup, the nature, the ´Vismarslöv Café & Bagarstuga´, the lakes for swimming and fishing and the countryside life. You’ll love this house because of the views, the outdoors space and the calming ambiance. Our home is good for nature lovers & couples. Our garden have several fruit trees and berry bushes so feel free to harvest the fruits and berries depending of the season.

Livingroom with a small selfcontained kitchenette with refrigerator. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Cot and highchair possible. We expect you to leave the house nice and clean.
