Gjestehuset102- A bed in a Dorm

A bed in our dormitory offers a great opportunity to meet new people and make friends! Each dormitory includes a wash basin, a closet for toiletries, lockers, and a wardrobe. Please note that our dormitory rooms have limited space and may not be suitable for guests with large or multiple pieces of luggage. They are ideal for backpackers. Lockers are provided in the room to secure your valuables, and padlocks are available for purchase at reception. Rich breakfast and linens are included.

Gjestehuset102- Standard Twin Room with Shared Facilities

We have two types of bed set-ups in our two-person rooms. The traditional twin beds from when Gjestehuset 102 was the miner’s “millionaires’ mansion”: solid wooden constructions that convert easily to sofas or 2 single beds of 90cm that can be joined if requested. Also in our twins, we have kept the washbasins installed at the time 102 was the high-standard home to Longyearbyen’s miners. WiFi, our rich buffet breakfast, and bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Located in Longyearbyen and within 1.2 km of Svalbard Church, Russkiy Dom features a shared lounge, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi. The accommodation features a shared kitchen, a concierge service and organising tours for guests. All units in the hostel are equipped with a coffee machine. Russkiy Dom provides certain rooms that include city views, and each room includes a shared bathroom with a shower. At the accommodation the rooms come with bed linen and towels.
