Unsere Familie (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) haben unseren Aufenthalt im sehr grosszügigen und geräumigen Haus von Ville sehr genossen. Wir hatten noch nie eine besser ausgestattete Küche! Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, das Haus liegt im Wald, 3.5 km vom Ort Pyhä entfernt. Aufgrund der Fotos sind wir davon ausgegangen, dass das Haus alleine im Wald liegt. Allerdings hat es mehrere Häuser in nächster Nähe, aber die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und der Zufahrtsweg ist kaum befahren. Die Langlaufloipe ist rund 400m entfernt. In und um Pyhä gibt es viele tolle Winteraktivitäten. Ville war ein toller Gastgeber. Er war immer für unsere Fragen erreichbar und hat sehr schnell geantwortet. Ein Hinweis für zukünftige Mieter: in der Grundausstattung heisst es, dass Handtücher und Bettwäsche inkl. sind. Dies ist aber nicht der Fall und kann für EUR 30 pro Person gemietet werden. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten!

The stay was amazing! Jyry was extremely helpful and responsive the entire time. The home was very clean and very nice. The surroundings were beautiful, and we got some great views of the northern lights from here. Was definitely worth it to stay here

My family stayed at Mr. Tapani’s place for 4 nights. Tapani picked us from the bus station. The residence is clean and airy, well located on the banks of a frozen river and as seen in the pictures. Tapani is a very pro-active, kind and a responsive and at 77 an energetic host. The Accomodation is 20 minutes walk to the centre, 10 minute drive to the Santa Claus village. The highlight of our stay was the traditional sauna followed by Jacuzzi which Tapani arranged for us. A very functional kitchen, with breakfast cereals, some pasta and other condiments. Overall a fantastic stay and highly recommend.

Miika is a wonderful host who ensure you settle in safely and comfortably. The backyard is a great area for you to have fun and relax with a view of the frozen lake. You can also catch the memerising sight of the Aurora at Miika’s place. This is definitely a wonderful house for everyone! p.s. the salmon soup is a gem 😋

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wer Ruhe und Einsamkeit sucht mit Nähe zur Stadt ist hier genau richtig. Sehr gerne kommen wir vielleicht ein andermal wieder.

Le logement se situe dans un environnement paisible situé à côté de la rivière, proche de Rovaniemi ce qui permet d’aller en ville facilement. Avoir une voiture est indispensable. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Le logement est très bien chauffé et contient tout le nécessaire pour y être installé confortablement. Nous avons même pu apercevoir les aurores boréales depuis le chalet. Le logement est assez spacieux, et vous y passerez une excellente semaine.

Miia is a great host. She is super helpful and help us a lot before we arrive Rovaniemi. The house is such a beautiful place to stay, be it the house environment or their surrounding area. It is too big for 4 of us but we did enjoyed it due to great location in front of the lake. We experienced Northern Light just in front of the balcony. Very recommended to stay! Worth it! This place was heaven! It had all the facilities and things we hoped for a relaxing holiday. Sauna, jacuzzi. View of the lake, peace and tranquility. The first two days of our trip we were really stressed as the airport had lost our luggage but i have to say coming back to this place, really made us forget about all our problems.

We fall in love with this house. It has a lot of great moment to offer. You can walk on the frozen lake, playing snow around the house, and even seeing aurora from the house window. Love the surroundings! The amenities are also great. Thank you host for the great house with excellent service.
