About 2 hours and 30 minutes from Chitose Airport by rental car via the highway, 60 minutes to Niseko, 70 minutes to Lake Toyako, 90 minutes to Otaru, and 2 hours and 20 minutes to Hakodate. It is the perfect base for trips from the center to the south of the road. Also, as a winter attraction, it is 30 minutes to IWANAI RESORT, located on the westernmost Iwaidake of the Niseko mountain range. The panoramic view of the Sea of Japan and the Shikotan Peninsula from the north slope is exceptional.
