We really enjoyed our stay (even with the rainy weather) and had a great time walking the property or visiting the nearby hiking trails suggested. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely breathtaking surroundings and view, quiet, peaceful, and everything described plus more! I'm ocd and usually leave anywhere I stay cleaner than I found it but I couldn't find anything that I could clean. It was spotless!!! We didn't want to leave. The hosts were amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I've been on numerous airbnb trips and this was the most beautiful. Can't wait to come back! Thank you so much!

What a beautiful location! We were in town to go to the college’s graduation ceremony and I booked Norma and Wayne’s windy hill lodge. I arrived at 10 PM after a 9 hour trip, but what a comfort it was when I got inside (easy)! It was warm and inviting, lots of snacks and refrigerated items and a “lifesaving” chicken nuggets in the freezer — I was starving and hadn’t eaten since noon! The decor matches my love of horses (I have two rescued thoroughbreds!) the bedrooms were spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable (my brother stayed the second night and he said he had a great sleep!) We both got a tour of the barn, admired the fields, and we loved talking to Wayne about how it all “worked”! We wished we had more time to just hang out there, but we had all the family activities one enjoys in Easton during graduation weekends! Thank you for everything!!!

We have stayed at many Air B&B’s and I think Donna’s has been the best! It’s perfect for 2 people, clean, and lots of added touches! She had fresh baked bread on the counter for us and fresh eggs from her chickens in the fridge! There were all sorts of other goodies as well that she had stocked. It was clean, quiet, and ample parking as well. Would definitely recommend staying here.

My wife, dog and I stayed four nights over Memorial Day. The home/cabin, was private, secluded, well-maintained, clean and very comfortable. Unfortunately, we had four days of rain and cool weather, but we never felt confined, bored, etc. The outdoor grill, inside wood burning stove, privacy, tv streaming options, large table for games, etc. made the trip very enjoyable, relaxing and fun. Also, it goes without saying, our AUD cattle dog, seemed to enjoy himself and there were many places on the property for him to explore. Finally, it was very quiet during the day and evening; whereby, there were no distractions or obstacles to relaxation or sleep.

Jessica's restored barn is amazing and one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had! The photos don't do it justice! The barn is unique and has the most incredible views! The sunset experience is A++, and the deck is the most serene place to have your morning coffee. The most impressive part is how clean the space is- I'm not sure how she does it! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need from a popcorn maker to a vitamix. There are spaces to sit, relax and nap in every corner of the house. It is immaculate, thoughtful, peaceful and comfortable. Bonus- if you love music, there is an insanely good CD & record collection. Jessica was so responsive to any of our outreach and we will 100% be back. *10/10 would recommend, this place is a total find!!

My GPS gave me a slight hassle, even though I was coming in from not far away…it was after dark. Ann was wonderful with responding quickly to help me find my way in! No trouble at all, just one glitch with the shower but again, it was handled quite prompt and effectively. Thanks Ann!

Great quiet place to stay, we loved it

What a beautiful property! It was perfect for our girls get away. Starting the morning with a cup of coffee on the porch, to finishing the day sitting in the porch watching the fireflies was amazing! Such a lovely place. I highly recommend.

Absolutely Amazing Cabin Retreat!** I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful cabin, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location is incredibly private, offering a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The cozy atmosphere made me feel right at home, and the welcoming vibe was evident from the moment I arrived. The fire pit was a fantastic touch—perfect for relaxing evenings under the stars. The grill allowed for some delicious outdoor cooking, adding to the overall experience. The bedroom is stunning, with a charming design that made sleeping there a true pleasure. I also loved the wood style decor throughout the cabin; it added a warm, rustic charm that I found absolutely captivating. We will definitely be back soon! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and cozy getaway!

Rena was an amazing host we were running a bit late to check in due to car problems she was very caring and always responded quickly. Checking in and out was super easy. Her place is beautiful and peaceful. Even though it rained during our stay the place still looked amazing! The sounds of nature were soothing, and the views were breathtaking. At night the stars looked remarkable. My girlfriend and I will never forget The Roost. Thank you for having us rena. We really appreciated how understanding and responsive you were during our stay. I will recommend your place to my family and friends! 11/10 rating.

I don’t even know where to begin. We have stayed over 75 air bnb’s and this one by far has surpassed our experiences. You do not need to leave the premises at all! We stayed for 2 nights and felt like it was not enough time. Paul and Donna submerged you to total relaxation, party, and fun for every age. My 1 year old had everything she needed and 4 year old loved every activity to the adults having so Much fun! The house is so beautifully decorated inside and out and will be coming back so soon to bring our friends for a parents getaway trip!

She is a great host. During after vacation to stay her place, we were involved in a very bad car accident at near Walmart. We had to check out later than usual 11 am. She is so kind and helpful. She let us stay at her place until 2:30 pm without any questions. ( I request her to late check out since our next airbnb check in is at 3 pm) . She is amazing host. Places is clean and cozy. Recommended for anyone looking for spent some peach full time close to nature.

This place was PERFECT for our adult family. We LOVED it. It was spotless and roomy. Everything was as described. The host is EXTREMELY responsive and accommodating. The outdoor space was just what we all needed after a long day of sightseeing. I believe that they actually underestimate their space. It was spacious and well decorated. Centrally located and private. We would HIGHLY recommend this property for anyone in the Lancaster area.

Lovely. Well appointed. Welcoming and serene. It was a pleasure to stay in this beautifully renovated and decorated space with taste. From the coffee to the soaps, the soft towels and sheets, it is a perfect place to visit. Many thanks to our wonderful hosts.

Beautiful house and interior. The house was clean and well prepared. The basement is an entertainment hub. The weekend we visited was cold but the fireplace inside the house and fire pit outside made the weekend enjoyable and fun. Very pet friendly. Our dog had a great time exploring the woods while we in the hot tub. Amazing place to have a chill weekend with friends and loved ones.

We had a great time on our second visit! We spent the time relaxing, hanging with the friendly animals, and walking around the property. They were also very helpful anytime we needed help or had questions!

Beautiful basement apartment with high end kitchen, bathroom, linens etc. Comfortable, private and quiet which was just what we needed after a long day of driving. Good natural light from two large windows overlooking the large backyard with gorgeous perennial gardens. We were only there for one night so did not get to try the sauna. Highly recommend.

I felt so safe and comfortable here for the weekend! A perfect place for a solo getaway.

Beautiful, quiet setting, lovely furniture, all the amenities. Clean and comfortable, and a short drive to shops, restaurants, and hiking trails.

We rested for two days in this house, a family with two children, we were very comfortable and cozy, the children had activities in the yard, there is a swing and a sandbox, also a whirlpool bath and a fire. Pleasant and cozy vacation, the house is nice and atmospheric, I liked listening to music on vinyl records when you cook for your family❤️

Charming and relaxing stay with plenty of space and nice surroundings.

Loved my stay here! My dog is reactive and it was so nice to have a space she could be let off leash without worry. The views are beautiful. It’s just a 10 minute drive to town. Looking forward to coming back here in the near future.
