The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

This peaceful cottage offers a relaxing stay for the whole family at the foot of the dunes of Surtainville. You can walk to the sea. The garden allows you to have a pleasant time in complete privacy with the waves in background noise and the smells of spray. The cottage has been carefully equipped and decorated. There is a double bedroom with a bed 160x200cm and a bedroom with 2 single beds 90x200cm. The living room is equipped with a connected TV and a space for children.

The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in the center of the commune of Les Pieux, 3 kilometers from the rental.
