I cannot thank you enough, you took us in last minute as our house needed emergency repairs, with our dog. The whole experience was amazing. The communication great, the apartment beautiful and the staff at the front desk so welcoming, friendly and helped us with absolutely everything. If I could give you 10 stars I would. Although it was only 1 night, I would highly recommend staying at the Zara Tower for anyone visiting or needing a place to stay in Sydney. The venue was just as good as the photos suggest. Our room had a perfect minimalist/industrial feel to it. They were the host you pray for when booking a bnb or room. Very helpful, very friendly, and also 24/7. Literal walking distance to plenty restaurants, bars, shopping centres, train / tram stations. Located perfectly to get around the Sydney CBD.

This is a brilliant location just off the Bondi beach. The room is clean, comfortable and spacious. A lift ride downstairs you have restaurants, a grocery store and other amenities. Richard and his team are very responsive. If back in Sydney I will definitely stay here again.

Zara Tower Hotel is perfect whether you are in Sydney for a vacation or for work. The location is great because it is right next to the main train station serving the city, there are plenty of greenery within 5 minutes walk away, it is close to Surry Hills which have a lot of interesting cafes, restaurants and retail shops. Can't ask for a better location. And the hotel offers both your standard hotel rooms and apartment-type rooms with kitchen & amenities. I stayed in an apartment-type room and felt right at home. Highly recommended. And their staff are so friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

In the center, close to bus and train lines, shops, restaurants, everything nearby. Wonderfully placed to celebrate Mardi Gras and enjoy the parade. Note that it's better to go out partying than try to sleep (street side) that night. For a stay in an aparthotel and to live independently in Sydney, I would recommend it.

Susan place was a great place for my family and I, we can not forget the warm reception we received from one of the reception staff, I just forgot to get the name, he explained everywhere and everything for us, making it easier to get by, the place was well kept, clean. We will be staying here again when we visit Sydney.

Overall it was a nice place to stay for the night. They didn’t send the check details. I messaged and waited some time and then had to go through and call them before actually sending the details to get in. Loved the place though. Simple but clean and nice.
