I guess the standards will depend on where you live and what’s your lifestyle is. You have to take an account. You’re in a country that a lot of people don’t have necessities like we have here in the US. I found the house to be very nice. Yes, it’s very old. I guess in a historic districtthey could use better conditions around the pool. The house has a lot of room so you don’t feel uncomfortable with other guests there air conditioner works great everyone they’re very friendly.

David’s pool house was better than I imagined. Great location he was very responsive to our needs. The staff was fabulous she cleaned daily and she prepared breakfast for us. Highly recommended will rent again once when I return to Barranquilla.

The accommodation was impeccably clean and every detail was thought out to make the stay comfortable and cozy: the bed was extremely comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you needed, from utensils to small details such as complimentary coffee and tea. The place is very well designed, cozy, the location was perfect for surfing and resting. Juan José, who lives next door, is in charge of everything and is very willing to help me with whatever I need at any time, very attentive. I felt safe and comfortable. It has a BEAUTIFUL view of the cliff. I'll be back soon, it'll be my official Puerto Colombia Airbnb. I LOVED IT!!!

Viviana's accommodation is very well located, in a quiet area, with access to cafes, pizzerias, supermarkets within walking distance. It is also very close (by vehicle) to Buenavista shopping mall and Macro. The house is very nice, two bedrooms with triple accommodation and one for two, each room with clean sheets, towels, an internal bathroom and air conditioning that works very well. The bathrooms have space to hang clothes. The social areas of the living room and dining room are perfect, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to use it if necessary. The terrace that surrounds the house is very nice to share a coffee very early in the morning, with a refreshing breeze! Good accommodation for a large group.

The place was exactly as described. What made this place stand out was Nig and her husband. They were so welcoming and helpful. It felt like visiting your aunt and uncle. I most definitely recommend staying at this Airbnb especially if you are here during the carneval. The location is great and good restaurants around walking distance.

My stay was just spectacular. From the first moment, communication with Donaldo was excellent: attentive, friendly and always willing to help. The accommodation was impeccable, as described in the listing, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect and close to restaurants and shopping malls, which made exploring the area very easy. Great place for large groups. Staff were extremely helpful and attentive to needs / requests. For example, one day the AC wasn't working and within an hour they had a brand new unit installed working great! Would definitely stay again... Highly recommend 'Paradise Beach' restaurant down the street.. calamari and cevichez FANTASTIC!!!!! Thanks John!

Very quiet location, which made for a relaxing stay. Every evening we had a great view of the sunset over the sea. We also really appreciated the well-maintained pool. The bedrooms were nice and cool with air conditioning, and even though the living area didn't have AC, the temperature was comfortable enough with the sea breeze.

Excellent stay at the accommodation, clean and pleasant, highly recommended, Claudia is very helpful and kind!!!

David is a very nice host. The accommodation has what you need. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Internet 30Mbit fiber optic and David also has an office chair and desk. Enchanting nice pool, deeper than I thought. 15 minutes by foot to the stand. In a quiet location ideal for working. Every once in awhile, His friends come and have a party, always nice evenings. There are a few nice sections at the stand, often empty palapas can be found here with a lot of wood that has been washed up by the sea.

Miguel was a very good host, the property was clean and well located. We went around carnival and we were at a walking distance from the main parade. He was very kind and gave us good advise about places to visit and eat.
