Excellent place, I felt right at home from day 1. Walter is an excellent host, always attentive to any situation that may arise. Lots of privacy in the apartment and in the complex in general. 10/10 recommended for any occasion, whether it's a weekend getaway or a long stay like ours. I would definitely schedule again in the future.

Place with a centrally located, safe, and that allows access to various areas of the city easily, close to markets, shopping mall, and public transportation. The size is adequate and the appliances are working properly. The pool has schedule/day restrictions for use, only the master bedroom has air conditioning. Great place for the price paid. The place is very nice, there are supermarkets nearby, it was very clean. Eric and Diana were very nice and answered all our questions.

This is such an amazing apartment that has everything you need to feel at home. It is very centrally located in a great neighborhood and also very close to all the main areas of Baranquilla. The apartment is pristine, exactly as described, and fully stocked. The bed is extremely comfortable, there are big TVs in the bedroom and living room, good AC in both the living room and bedroom, and has fast WiFi. There is a pool / common area on the roof which was nice to go relax in. Even in the hot Baranquilla weather, the roof / pool area has plenty of wind to feel refreshing. Also, Vanesa who was our host and main point of contact is extremely helpful, welcoming, sweet and always attentive. She made sure I had everything I needed and very quick to respond whenever I messaged her. Her hospitality is top notch and I just want to thank her for making us feel right at home.

This apartment is a good value. nice safe apartment complex. lots of other residents with dogs, a few (friendly) stray cats around. you need to have a Rappi account to stay in this neighborhood. Maria was great, always responsive. she had the apartment cleaned once a week.

Located in Rio Mar, beautiful, safe, high end accommodations. The apartment has everything you can think of and you can tell thought was taken. The host was attentive and we will definitely stay there again.
