I had a wonderful stay at Yulia’s house during my time in Armenia. The house was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. Yulia was a fantastic host, very welcoming and thoughtful, making sure I had everything I needed for a great stay. I would highly recommend her place to anyone visiting Armenia. Many thanks to Marianne for the cozy and comfortable time we had in her home. The house is very big, cozy, modern. Everything in the house is made with love - furniture, decor, dishes, textiles - everything is very high quality, stylish, you can see that the hosts were very responsible for the design of the house. The terraces (there are two of them) have a very nice view of the mountains, and early in the morning you can see how balloons fly very close). Not a minus for the house and the hosts , but it is important - the last section of the road in the village is bad, but we were in a large car and were able to come first ourselves, then pick up friends from the square.

Cosy stays with affordable location There was a little lack of a dining table, but everything is fine.

Great host - I would say the best of all time using AirBnB. I was going to buy a hair dryer, Stepan accidentally found out about it and bought it myself - I asked several times when it would be more convenient to bring it. He asked me to come to the apartment at any time - even at 4 am. And during check-out I was not in a hurry and offered to leave at 20.00 instead of 13.00. And I threw it on the car to get to the center with my belongings. Communication with him left only the most pleasant memories. As for the apartment - of course there are not enough stars from the sky, but in the current situation I believe that it is 100% value. Excellent high-speed Internet, plenty of space, bright working area, modern working air conditioning. 1 minute walk to Yerevan City supermarket, 3 minutes walk to Shengavit metro station, 15-20 minutes walk to Yerevan Mall. Among the disadvantages, I would mention: - the bathroom wall is in need of renovation as it is quite cold In cold weather, it is not very comfortable in the working area and in a separate room, as the heat from the air conditioning practically does not get here - you need to change the pump in the washing machine - it works very noisy - half sockets in pretty sad condition

We rented the apartment on the top floor which was very private, very spacious, big living room with large table and seating area, 2 spacious bedrooms. Access to large private balcony from dining space with view of garden, pool and surrounding mountains. Everything was clean and worked well. Communication with the owner was easy and fast and she was very kind and always ready to help. Also all people working there were always nice and ready to help. We could park our motorbikes under the roof behind the gate what was very comfortable for us. Good small supermarket is right around the corner. It was a perfect spot for us to explore Gegham Ridge. Definitely recommend.

Our stay at Arshak’s place was fantastic! The house was beautiful and impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed and good view. The home was cozy and Arshak was always available to answer our questions. We can’t wait to come back!

Great place to stay. Clean, cosy. Fast internet connection. Great host, responsive, helpful. Big mall nearby. Some may find walk to fifth floor a little bit challenging, but I loved it. Helps with staying in good shape 😀
