Ah! What a pleasure it was to live and experience Koh Samui at Pannipa and Markus’s villa ❤️ Pannipa is so beautiful and so friendly. We were welcomed with big smiles and that just made our day! The villa is BREATHTAKING! The pictures don’t do justice at all! It’s such a dreamy place. We TRULY relaxed here. The views from every corner of the villa were just 🤌🏼 and the private pool ❤️ missing it already! We (Vishnu and I) were here for 2 days to celebrate my birthday in tranquility and we really lucked out as those were the only 2 days the villa was available! Pannipa and Vishnu arranged a lovely birthday cake, delicious papaya and really surprised me! Thank you so much for being the friends we miss from back home. It truly felt like home ❤️ what a PERFECT way to end our Thailand trip. Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience Pannipa and Markus! You both are AMAAAAZING! Wir haben uns in der Villa sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Pool war natürlich das absolute Highlight. Wir haben eine Woche hier verbracht und kein Auto und keinen Roller gehabt. Das nächste Restaurant (Italiener) war ca. in 10 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar, für thailändische Verhältnisse aber eher hohe Preise. Mit Kleinkind war der Weg dorthin etwas ungünstig, auch die Straßen in der Nähe hatten keine wirklichen Fußwege. Das war aber nicht wirklich ein Problem, denn alles, was man sich wünscht, sowohl tägliche Einkäufe als auch Essen haben wir günstig über die App Foodpanda bestellt. Wer Ausflüge machen will, wird ja direkt von der Villa abgeholt und zum Fishermans Village kann man mit dem Taxi fahren. Wer die Insel erkunden und selbst einkaufen gehen will, sollte sich aber ein Auto mieten. Einmal die Woche kamen Reinigungskäfte für das Haus und den Pool. Jean Christophe war immer für uns erreichbar. Einfach top, danke! Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Hôte très agréable et maison encore plus magnifique en vrai qu’en photo, nous recommandons à 100% ce logement. Stephen est réactif et très accueillant. Petit plus pour le nécessaire à petit déjeuner dans le frigo, les fruits et les bières, très bon sens de l’accueil. Restaurants, plage et même un temple en bord de mer accessibles à pieds

The place was lovely and felt nicely secluded, which made for a peaceful stay. The pool area had great vibes—definitely a highlight—though just a heads up that the sun starts to fade around 3–4pm. The beds were comfortable, water pressure was strong, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for cooking and cleaning, which we really appreciated. One thing to note: the main living room AC had a bit of trouble cooling the space fully, likely due to small gaps in the windows, which also let a few mosquitos in. It wasn’t a huge issue, but something to keep in mind. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay!

Jenni is an extremely trust worthy host. She is so genuine and kind, and wants you to have the best holiday which she shows through her great activity recommendations and small finishing touches. She is very knowledgable on the island and very helpful with transfers etc. I felt like I was in safe hands when I stayed here. The property itself is very well kept and clean, and the private pool is really the selling point of this villa. The house and pool are cleaned regularly and pest control comes too to ensure complete peace of mind. 10000% would come back and hope to see Jenni again soon. Thanks Jenni for an unforgettable trip of a lifetime.

We had a great stay in the villa! It is neat and clean, very modern and the hosts are very kind and helpful. The view and the infinity pool are spectacular. As the villa is located on a hill, renting a scooter (160 ccm) is advisable.

We had a really nice stay at Oliviers villa. The view and home furnishing is amazing, it was so clean and enjoyable. Olivier is a really nice host, who provided us many tips about things to do at Koh Samui. We will always remember the great stay and your nice hospitality. Thank you!

Had a lovely 4 nights at the property and it was just as presented in the listing. The villa feels private and well looked after. The street coming off the main road is quite damaged from the recent heavy rains but a higher vehicle will have no issue with it. We loved our time there, and our only regret was not being able to spend more time staying in and enjoying the pool. If you book here, don’t put too much on your itinerary!

No stone left unturned. Great attention to details and communication. Welcomed and staff helped me settle in immediately. Also helped me find my lost bag which I thought was an impossible task. Would recommend to anyone 10/10

Tolle kleine Unterkunft. Wir waren 4 Nächte vor Ort, für diese Zeit absolut ausreichend, um ein kleines Frühstück vorzubereiten und in den Tag zu starten. Um die Ecke war ein Rollerverleih, 7 Eleven und gute Restaurants. Chillige Atmosphäre abends am Hin Kong Beach. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. 😊

Lovely beach house stay for over a week! Peaceful, serene beach walks, nearby great restaurants, away from the hustle & bustle of more populated areas, super comfy bed (one of the most comfortable I’ve slept on in well over 40 + Air Bnb stays!), hammocks to relax in out on the terrace, beach towels provided …these are just some of the things I loved about this place! Elena also, was generous to accommodate me with a ride to the airport upon my checkout. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again! 🏝️ 👍😎

Location is perfect! Host is very responsive. Amenities, doors ,chairs,couch, outdoor neighbour privacy can be maintained better. Bed is comfortable. AC in bedroom was great We had a really relaxing stay on the beach. The location is again amazing. Walking distance to breakfast and dinner, massages and if you rent transportation easy to assess the whole island. But again location…That what you are paying for. Will recommend and visit again. Avec plus d'une vingtaine de locations avec Airbnb à mon actif, celle-ci fait définitivement partie des 3 meilleures. Très propre, jolie décoration, piscine au top mais la différence par rapport aux autres locations est que tout y est : poudre à laver, liquide vaisselle, cuisine complète avec tout le nécessaire, torchons, serviettes de bains à foison...... 7/11 au coin de la rue. Seul bémol, s'il faut en nommer un : il faut absolument un moyen de transport sinon vous allez passer des vacances autour de la piscine. Un merci à Shaun et Toey pour leurs bons soins tout au long de notre séjour de 5 semaines dans cet havre de paix.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub als Familie. Der schöne Strand war schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Den Nachtmarkt in Maenam gibt es leider nicht mehr.

A dream from start to finish from the interior to the host! Vincent was the best host I’ve ever had. He took care of everything before we arrived. Scooters were ready, a taxi was at the pier, and his response time was under 10 seconds. When the taxi company overcharged us, Vincent immediately stepped in. Within two minutes, the driver was back with our change. Such a trustworthy and kind person! The house is spacious, and its beauty doesn’t come across fully in the pictures. The kitchen is huge and fully equipped, making cooking a joy. The beds were perfect and high quality. The bathroom is a dream so big and uniquely designed. I didn’t even know something like this was possible! All in all, an 11/10 experience. Cleanliness: 11/10. Friendliness: 100/10. I’m not exaggerating when I say I’ll only book with Vincent when I return to Koh Phangan!

Lovely apartment in a great location. Janis is amazing and super helpful. Access road a bit tricky and slippery, takes some caution when riding in. Other than that all was great!

Жили на вилле 1 месяц вдвоем. Вилла очень просторная: большая гостиная в доме, открытая веранда с видом на море, кресла у бассейна. Большой бассейн. Хорошая кухня. Нам все очень понравилось. Наверху большая спальня. Внизу 2 небольшие спальни, которые разделяются дверью. В отдельном доме живет персонал. Раз в 2 дня делают уборку. Раз в 4 дня меняют белье. Стирают вещи по запросу. Заезд очень простой. Вилла на отдалении от главной дороги, поэтому шума от нее нет. Но рядом проходит местная дорога. Поэтому в верхней спальне слышен шум машин и байков – особенно утром. 2 раза в неделю по вечерам шум от соседних баров до 2 часов ночи. На вилле живет очень милая кошка. Мы ее звали Бусинка. Мы ее очень полюбили. Она любит влажный корм с курицей и тунцом – голубые пакетики из 7-11. Кошка, когда хочет играть или чем-то недовольна, немного кусает за ноги. Но в целом, очень ласковая и любит людей. Рядом много хороших кафе. До пляжа минуты 2 на байке. До пляжа Ко Ма с рыбками – минут 15.

Thank you Dee Dee for an amazing visit to Samui, we loved your home which is the perfect home for our month vacation, excellent communication, very clean home, excellent amenities, relaxing pool, office staff very helpful, huge thank you to gardening team & cleaning team who leave the home tip top. You will need transportation we met a beautiful family along the road who kindly rented up Motorcycles & taxi use, this has been an amazing and memorable stay even tho it’s our 9th visit, we will always love Samui and Choeng Mon is now one of our favourite places to stay very relaxed and peaceful. Wir können die Unterkunft von Karine vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen! Karine war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht: Drei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, drei Badezimmer mit Dusche, jeweils an den Zimmern angegliedert. Der Masterbedroom verfügt zusätzlich über eine Outdoor-Badewanne. Neben der Küche hat es ein zusätzliches WC und eine Waschmaschine. Wir haben nicht gekocht, die Küche bietet jedoch alles, was man zum Kochen und Backen benötigen würde. Bei Ankunft waren diverse Getränke, Snacks und Hygieneartikel für uns bereitgestellt. Der Pool ist perfekt von der Größe, sogar ausreichend zum Schwimmen. Wer nicht selber putzen möchte, kann die Reinigung kann von Karine organisieren lassen (gegen Aufpreis). Wir haben die Zeit in Karines Haus sehr genossen und bedanken uns nochmals ganz herzlich für alles!
