Ah! What a pleasure it was to live and experience Koh Samui at Pannipa and Markus’s villa ❤️ Pannipa is so beautiful and so friendly. We were welcomed with big smiles and that just made our day! The villa is BREATHTAKING! The pictures don’t do justice at all! It’s such a dreamy place. We TRULY relaxed here. The views from every corner of the villa were just 🤌🏼 and the private pool ❤️ missing it already! We (Vishnu and I) were here for 2 days to celebrate my birthday in tranquility and we really lucked out as those were the only 2 days the villa was available! Pannipa and Vishnu arranged a lovely birthday cake, delicious papaya and really surprised me! Thank you so much for being the friends we miss from back home. It truly felt like home ❤️ what a PERFECT way to end our Thailand trip. Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience Pannipa and Markus! You both are AMAAAAZING! We will be back for longer next time ❤️ See you soon beautiful souls! ∞/10 🫰🏼

This villa is a paradise! Very spacious, well equipped. The pool is big and clean. Palms look very exotic. We totally recommend it.

Very nice host and house even more beautiful in real life than in photo, we 100% recommend this place. Stephen is responsive and very welcoming. A little extra for breakfast in the fridge, fruits and beers, very good sense of hospitality. Restaurants, beach, and even a temple by the sea within walking distance

The place was lovely and felt nicely secluded, which made for a peaceful stay. The pool area had great vibes—definitely a highlight—though just a heads up that the sun starts to fade around 3–4pm. The beds were comfortable, water pressure was strong, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for cooking and cleaning, which we really appreciated. One thing to note: the main living room AC had a bit of trouble cooling the space fully, likely due to small gaps in the windows, which also let a few mosquitos in. It wasn’t a huge issue, but something to keep in mind. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay!

Jenni is an extremely trust worthy host. She is so genuine and kind, and wants you to have the best holiday which she shows through her great activity recommendations and small finishing touches. She is very knowledgable on the island and very helpful with transfers etc. I felt like I was in safe hands when I stayed here. The property itself is very well kept and clean, and the private pool is really the selling point of this villa. The house and pool are cleaned regularly and pest control comes too to ensure complete peace of mind. 10000% would come back and hope to see Jenni again soon. Thanks Jenni for an unforgettable trip of a lifetime.

We had a great stay in the villa! It is neat and clean, very modern and the hosts are very kind and helpful. The view and the infinity pool are spectacular. As the villa is located on a hill, renting a scooter (160 ccm) is advisable.

We had a really nice stay at Oliviers villa. The view and home furnishing is amazing, it was so clean and enjoyable. Olivier is a really nice host, who provided us many tips about things to do at Koh Samui. We will always remember the great stay and your nice hospitality. Thank you!

Had a lovely 4 nights at the property and it was just as presented in the listing. The villa feels private and well looked after. The street coming off the main road is quite damaged from the recent heavy rains but a higher vehicle will have no issue with it. We loved our time there, and our only regret was not being able to spend more time staying in and enjoying the pool. If you book here, don’t put too much on your itinerary!

No stone left unturned. Great attention to details and communication. Welcomed and staff helped me settle in immediately. Also helped me find my lost bag which I thought was an impossible task. Would recommend to anyone 10/10

Lovely beach house stay for over a week! Peaceful, serene beach walks, nearby great restaurants, away from the hustle & bustle of more populated areas, super comfy bed (one of the most comfortable I’ve slept on in well over 40 + Air Bnb stays!), hammocks to relax in out on the terrace, beach towels provided …these are just some of the things I loved about this place! Elena also, was generous to accommodate me with a ride to the airport upon my checkout. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again! 🏝️ 👍😎

Location is perfect! Host is very responsive. Amenities, doors ,chairs,couch, outdoor neighbour privacy can be maintained better. Bed is comfortable. AC in bedroom was great We had a really relaxing stay on the beach. The location is again amazing. Walking distance to breakfast and dinner, massages and if you rent transportation easy to assess the whole island. But again location…That what you are paying for. Will recommend and visit again. With more than twenty rentals with Airbnb to my credit, this one is definitely one of the top 3. Very clean, nice decoration, excellent swimming pool but the difference compared to other rentals is that everything is there: washing powder, dishwashing liquid, full kitchen with everything you need, dish towels, bath towels galore...... 7/11 on the corner. The only downside, if you will: you absolutely need a means of transport otherwise you will spend your vacation around the pool. Thanks to Shaun and Toey for their good care throughout our 5-week stay in this peaceful haven.

We had a great vacation as a family. The beautiful beach was quick to reach. We felt very comfortable here. Unfortunately, the night market in Maenam no longer exists.

Great location amongst the island’s 5 star resorts at the fraction of the price. Large townhouse with private parking and back yard. Full kitchen and 2 in 1 combo washer/dryer located in room. Very clean and simple modern design. We used both pools and the gym. Choengmon beach is about 300 meters down the road with public access through Sala Resort. Highly recommend this townhouse.

This place was perfect for our stay. It’s less than a 20 minute walk from fishermans village and its nearest shops, which we found absolutely fine. Could do with a torch at night but we did just fine without. The villa itself is lovely. Exactly as described and has everything you could need to get started there. Karine is a wonderful host. Always responsive and offering her help for anything you need.
