It is surrender by nature and coconut trees, the area is very quiet and peacefull, so perfect to relax or work from home, but located only 5 min drive from Lamai beach, bars and restaurants, 2 min from Winfield international school, 4 min from Tesco, and 20 min only from airport. 3 BR, 2 bath and 2 toilets, fast internet, smart TV, open kitchen, protected terrasse, private parking, private pool and 500m2 private garden. .

In Hua Thanon, this beautiful tranquil Thai villa, set in a tropical surrounding, with buffalos , birds and palm trees as your neighbours. Just a 2 minute stroll to the beach. Located beside the beautiful Shiva Beach Resort . Please be aware this is a tropical island and we do have mosquitoes..they are more abundant around rainy season and more active around dusk from 5pm to 7pm. I recommend that you close your windows and doors during that time. Bring or buy repellent if susceptible.
