Beautiful seaside cottage with access to the beach right across the road! Very accessible to go to Dunedin. Janet was very responsive and she was very thoughtful in leaving us breakfast and bread. The cottage had toys and beach amenities to enjoy! We had the most wonderful time :) will definitely be visiting again!

Beautiful location overlooking the estuary and countryside. Wonderful stars when the sky is clear and beautiful views especially of the sunrises and sunsets. Only 2kms from Owaka. Friendly host and really well equipped house made us feel right at home.

This was our second visit to Helen & Danny’s lovely spot in Dunedin. It is a very relaxing house with views all the way to the peninsula, beautiful garden, and perfectly situated kitchen and amenities. Easy access to town and coast. Everything was clean and comfortable and I’d definitely stay again. Thank you Helen and Danny for hosting us again!

We absolutely loved our stay! The unit was clean, has stunning views and was very peaceful and relaxing! We really appreciated the kitchen being stocked with fresh milk, orange juice and muesli! Thank you for a lovely stay in Brighton at your beach house. We enjoyed the location, especially being so close to the beach. The house was well presented and tidy. With the added bonus of a trampoline and wee play house outside and games/movies for the family. Would love to stay again 😊

Brandon Greg's place is an older style house, which is really spacious and warm. bedrooms, lounge and deck are huge. kitchen is great, and we cooked a few meals. the master bedroom is big enough for its own lounge, with 2 comfortable single chairs and a fold out couch-bed. Well suited our family of 4.

Really happy with this accommodation. There was a cold snap and the heat pump heated up the place very quickly. The bunk room is at the back and down some stairs and so is a bit chillier but the extra heater in there was welcome. And the extra blankets were appreciated too. Loved how clean this place was - compliments to the cleaners! The host was great with communication- we didn’t need to call in them but it was nice to know they were available for any issues.
