Welcome to our Hunchy Cottage located on two acres in the foothills of the scenic Blackall Range. Just 1 hour from Brisbane the cottage offers privacy, gorgeous views and a peaceful country feel. Only minutes from the charming villages of Montville and Palmwoods, a great range of eating options and just 20 minutes to beautiful Sunshine Coast beaches. The cottage is separate from our home and is your own while you stay. You will enjoy great access to all that the Sunshine Coast has to offer.

You have the ground floor all to yourself in a 2 storey house. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Only 15 minutes drive to the beautiful hinterland town of Maleny and 15 minutes to the popular Australia Zoo or 30 minutes to the beaches at Caloundra. Children are welcome and we provide a high chair, a safety bed rail and a port a cot, if needed. Your dog is welcome also, it will share the backyard with our friendly dog unless you advise otherwise. I can keep my dog upstairs.

We are thrilled to have you at Sunny Side Up, perfectly situated in the heart of Mooloolaba, less than 500m away from a stunning patrolled beach, fabulous shopping and restaurants as well as playgrounds for kids. The apartment is fully self contained and includes complimentary secure undercover parking and wifi. Enjoy the resort facilities which includes 3 pools (including cold plunge pool and magnesium pool), sauna, gym and rooftop BBQ facilities.

Belltree Ridge - Private Rural Escape

Belltree Ridge is an absolute treasure in a stunning location. It is an extremely unique hand crafted homestead built from reclaimed and local timber. It offers complete privacy and is just 11 kms from the township of Maleny. For winter comfort, a wood burning fireplace and for summer an outside fire-pit . The three bedrooms have ducted air-conditioning and heating. We now have Starlink Wifi but will happily turn it off so guests can really disconnect from their busy lives.
