Vacation rentals with a balcony in Sunshine Coast Regional

What an absolutely one of a kind property. We were all obsessed with the view, the animals and the beautiful cottage and barn. We never wanted to leave!

This was a great and relaxing stay. The property is off the beaten path and we were able to see kangaroos and paddle in the mangroves while also being a short drive from the beach and nearby towns. The only thing about the stay was that it wasn’t long enough to truly relax! Thanks again to Rob for the great stay

The Newport was very good. Lovely unit, amenities, staff, location, etc. At booking, or shortly after before making payment, it would be good to know which specific unit / floor is being booked. The ground and first floor units facing Parkyn Pde look straight out onto the pool, which edits amenity and privacy of the units.

Excellent location, clean and tidy unit with close use of the beaches and stay in Mooloolaba

We had a great short stay in Mooloolaba. The location was fabulous, with walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, pubs and the beach! Our view was great and staff at the Newport hotel were very friendly, with an easy check in process and even accommodated our car which wouldn't fit under the car park. Apartment was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Bed was super comfy, and even had fox sports to watch the footy!! There was some traffic noise over the weekend, even with the glass doors shut, but apart from that we had a fabulous stay. Would recommend for short or long stays! :)

So thankful Mark and Christine’s property was available, it really made my trip staying in such a gorgeous space. Everything was as pictured and spotlessly clean. I felt right at home. The room is in its own part of the house and felt completely separate, with its own access and external door. Their house and gardens are extremely well kept and I felt privileged staying there. I saw Christine a few times and she was so friendly and helpful and took an interest in my activities and offered great suggestions. I will definitely book when I visit my friend and have recommended it to her friends and family for future visits. I loved the location, directly across from the beach, and not crazy busy like other seaside spots. Absolutely perfect. There was not one thing I could fault!
