The apartment looked better than the pictures, it's clean, private, comfortable and spacious. The location is peaceful and calm, you have nice views from the apartment both with the sea and the lake. The managing team is very responsive, communicative and always prioritised our comfort. I highly recommend this location.

The appartement is close to the beach, an using the pool of the Barcélo is included in the price, so we went swimming every day wherever we wanted. Fantastic.

I had a really amazing time at Elena’s place! The location was beautiful, very walkable and tourist friendly (beaches are also very close by). The resort was huge with so many options for activities (playgrounds, restaurants, bars, cafes, sport facilities etc) & the number of pools available on sight was impressive! The apartment was just as described, very tidy and spacious with a really nice balcony. Elena was honestly the loveliest host, she was incredibly helpful and responsive from the start and throughout my whole stay! I had a very beautiful and relaxing vacation here and I would recommend it to anyone who is considering visiting Sunny Beach!

Had a nice relaxing time. Perfect for families. Beach is walkable distance and the are many pools and chairs in the appartment complex. Complex feels very safe and secure. There is a market on site for last minute items as well as a full restaurant. Air conditioning works great and host is very responsive.

The place is better than the photos. Lots of nice amenities on site. The internet was a bit slow, but it was also the mobile network in general. Organized offers on Cascada's website were not up to date with what they could offer. It was somewhat reduced. All in all, it was a great stay. We will be back next time we are in Sunny Beach.

Great apartment at an affordable price in a perfect location. Very close to the sea, great location hotel. In the hotel you can buy food that is very good and diverse. A well-maintained place with very nice service. I recommend :)

Very very clean and tidy peaceful and beautiful

We tried to live not by the sea, but “in the mountains” and did not regret it. Very quiet, cool at night, fresh air and no smells from restaurants. The cabin is very clean and cozy, there is everything you need. The only thing that ruined the rest a little - the lack of mosquito nets on the windows and doors. There are a lot of insects. Otherwise everything is great, lots of parking spots, quiet and polite neighbors. Sometimes a rose of winds brings nostalgic smells from a neighboring farm, this adds color. If you don't have a car, this is not your place. But if you are tired of noisy resorts, choose this option!

It‘s a nice small apartment very close (5-10 min walking) to a calm part of the beach. Nice terrace to chill the the morning or the evening.

It was a pleasant stay - both Magali and Igor were very helpful and responsive. The studio is located in a holiday area, within a walking distance to the beach and shops (open until 2am). The studio is spacious and comfortable, situated in the very end of the building - there is no noise coming from the pool or street. Perfect for holidays.

Pleasant stay, in Sunny Day 6 complex! The complex is located 15 min drive from Slanchev Brjag and it has swimming pools, shop, tennis courts and everything needed. Razvan was friendly, positive , so we recommend this place to stay🙂

Joanna's apartment is defintely the most well equipped airnnb we have ever stayed in, which makes it ideal especially if your are travelling with children. The Etara complex is very nice with beautiful gardens and tradițional bulgarian architecture. One of the pools was just în front of the apartment but we prefered going to the beach which is also very close ( a few minutes walking diatance) and beautiful. The communication was great and Joanna was very helpful with everything. Overall, we had a great stay and the accomodation was perfect for us.

Did stay here for ~10 days in august. Easy and comfortable check-in without day time limits. Apartment is nice and well equipped with everything you need for long stay. Comfortable location with a number of pools of all kinds in the neighbourhood. Car free territory makes it peaceful, cousy and safe for kids. Sea is nice with a great beach not so far, which was not too overcrowded in the august. I would stay here again.

Very good location and good service and quality for your money.

I and my family had wonderful time at the house. It is very good equipped with everything you may need. Sozopolis holiday village is very beautiful and quiet, with a big pool, and is close to the sea. We enjoyed walks in the village.

Super place for relaxing trip with family or group. Only the village has not so many direct action, for more active action need taxy to Burgas or for unlimited nightlife to Sunny Beach
