The cottage is adjacent to nature reserves as well as hiking and cycling trails. Fishing licenses are required for fishing in the lake. Östergård is a house with history where you live comfortably but with old-fashioned charm. Lake Bolmen is a few hundred meters from the farm and within walking distance you can reach lovely beaches or the boat that you can borrow if you want to go out and try your luck at fishing. The house includes a spacious garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and dining area, a large living room, a smaller room and a lovely veranda. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with four beds, bathroom and toilet.

Stay comfortably in this nice accommodation, completed in the spring of 2023. From the accommodation, you can see magically beautiful sunsets. The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

Here, the noise level is quiet, it smells like forest and the air is clean. If you're looking for a place to unwind, you've found the right place. The house is built of wood from the same forest as the house is in and the insulation is wood shavings from floors and walls. For us, it's important to protect the ecological and local environment.

Surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes this modern and winterproof country house invites you to get away from it all to enjoy the wonderful undisturbed nature, perfect for bathing, fishing, cycling and gathering berries and mushrooms. The house is continuously maintained. In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.

Welcome to our cosy cottage in the village Kråkshult. Alpackagården is located just 100m from the cottage. There is a sauna for rent at the pond. Walk in the forest just outside the door, rent the sauna just by the pond or take a glass of wine on the terrace. In the wintertime the pond is good for skates. Stay in a nice cottage with one single bed, one queen bed and a sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. From the terrace you will have a nice view of the pond outside the house.

En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr. Under vintersäsong 1/11-1/3 har vi stängt för bokning.

The house has 45 square meters of living space on an approximately 1200 square meter natural plot.
