Had such an amazing and cozy stay here! 😍 The place looks exactly like the pictures, and out of all the Airbnbs I’ve stayed at, I really love how the host designed this one, super homey and full of charm. I even got inspired by the design! 😋 The host was also super friendly and quick to respond. Definitely a 10/10 stay! 👍🏻

The house is nicely furnished in my opinion and good for big group gatherings. Many bed rooms available with a mix of single and double beds which are quite comfortable. And apart from the living room, there are other areas that friends/family can huddle around, both indoors and outdoors. All the basic amneties are provided and work fine. The owner is extremely helpful and responsive, providing prompt response and help when needed. The only downside I feel is the narrow road and insufficient parking. It's convinient if you have 3 cars (or 4 if you park one right in front of the gate). Anything more and you need to park further... and the nearby Sunny Point complex is an option, but you need a 3-5 minute walk back to the property. Also, food choices within walking distance is limited to a few Malay food stalls. Overall, it was good value in my opinion... just be mindful if you are travelling with many cars, then it might not be the best choice.

Nice place except there’s small insects in the house. Expected since the area is village area but would appreciate if the owner provides insect repellent especially to guest travelling with little babies.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay. The house is spacious and exactly as shown in the photos. With three toddlers in tow, we truly appreciated how much room they had to roam freely indoors. The big compound was a bonus — we brought inflatable pools and the kids had a blast ! The interior is beautiful and cosy, perfect for our gathering with friends. There was plenty of space to hang out and catch up. Everything was spotless — the whole place was very clean and well maintained. Parking was hassle-free even though we came with four cars. The price was a great deal for what we got. Eric was a responsive and helpful host, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. We had zero issues throughout our stay. If we could suggest one small improvement, it would be to have a mirror in every room — especially for the ladies getting ready 😊 Other than that, everything was superb and exceeded our expectations, especially considering the price. Stayed here with a big group and it accommodated all of us nicely. Excellent location as it was right at the heart of town. Also appreciated the flexibility Heng gave us with checking out. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent in every way. Where do I start… the location cannot be beat. Armenian street is THE George Town street to see, and it’s walking distance to many amazing restaurants, hawkers centers, boutique shops, street artworks, and other attractions like the esplanade and large shopping malls. The home itself has a very peaceful feel, oozing with oldtown charm, tastefully furnished, and very spacious. The beds are comfortable, the aircon is excellent, the hot/cold filtered water machine is super convenient, and the washer/dryer works well. Things to note: The bathroom ceiling is quite low- if you’re over 5’10” you’ll be stooped over, but they provide a shower seat. There is an atrium in the middle of the home that is open to the floor below and the shop on the ground floor. This is no issue, but something to be aware of if you have toddlers like us that are, at times, difficult to keep calm and quiet.

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The host clearly put a lot of thought and care into the design — the house is beautifully decorated and truly feels like a home. It looks exactly like the photos: clean, stylish, and very comfortable. Located in a residential area, the house is quiet and peaceful, yet still convenient. There are some local homes nearby that sell food, which was a pleasant surprise. The house can comfortably fit two parked cars and has all the amenities we needed, including a washing machine and three bathrooms with showers — perfect for a group or family. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy and well-maintained place to stay!

The owner is friendly and helpful. We request to check in early, the owner quite happy to allow us to do so. The house is very clean, comfortable, nice design and big. We enjoyed our time with family there. 😊😊😊😊😊
