Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

The beaches of Usedom, Lubmin and also Rügen are easily accessible by car. Enjoy the expanse of nature, social gatherings in the spacious house and on the property or the cultural offerings of the nearby town of Greifswald. The half of the house offers 120 m² of living space on two complete floors.

A few years ago, I bought the house with a large orchard meadow, pond and old barn in the middle of the countryside. Since then, I have lived here with my dog, 5 sheep and a few chickens. The rental income helps us to further develop the farm. This year, a cat from the animal shelter also moved into the barn. That's why I can no longer allow dogs in principle. Feel free to write if you want to bring your dog.
