Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Sumter County

Loved this property. Had a wonderful time , would like to return for a longer stay. Robert was very receptive to my questions and responded immediately. Enjoyed the whole experience of the Villages. Actually ran into a few people we know while we were there. Would ABSOLUTELY return here if I got the chance.

Great place. Very comfortable. Loved the pool and driving golf cart was fun. We had everything we needed for a great stay. This is not a complaint at all more of a helpful hint but one of the town squares was too far to take golf cart and you will need a car.

This was the 2nd time we stayed. Gary was extremely helpful and responsive to us…figuring out the guest passes and golf reservations, questions about the house, etc. He is a perfect host!

We enjoyed our stay at Jill's listing. It was exactly as described & more. Very clean, had everything to make our stay comfortable. Definitely will book again if in the area.

Great Stay – Highly Recommend! I had a wonderful stay at Karen’s place. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect for me sightseeing, work, relaxation, etc.], and check-in was smooth and easy. karen was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely book again if I’m in the area! You will not be disappointed. Great Place.

This was a perfect vacation house for 2 couples, even though there was a 3rd bedroom. With only 2 baths it was just right for 2 couples. The beds were soo comfy!! Just the right amount of firmness and soft linens. The master bath and closet are huge! The 4 seater golf cart was included and necessary for us and only used $6 worth of gas for one week. Arica had extra blankets available for riding on the golf cart at night when it started to get chilly (end of March). Access to pickleball, golf, pools, restaurants, live music & shopping were 10 mins away or less. The kitchen had everything we needed, and everything worked! Drip coffee maker & Keurig were awesome. The bathrooms are spacious and had great shower heads and extra toiletries in case you forgot something. The lanai and living room had comfortable seating. Everything was clean! Washer/dryer was new! Air condition was a blessing and worked great! The appearance inside and out was beautiful! We definitely recommend this rental!

My brother and I stayed at Sheila’s place to visit our dad who lives in The Villages. We had a great stay at her house. It’s beautifully decorated, very comfortable, has a gorgeous and large yard with lots of relaxing seating area, and Sheila was great to communicate with. Thanks for hosting us!

Always a fantastic stay at motoranch! My wife and I have stayed here several times and never been disappointed. Always clean, well stocked and of course if you like dirt bikes it's one of the best vacations you could ever have! Can't wait to come back again!

Everything was very clean and very spacious! There is plenty of things to do in the area. The place served us well!
