Me and my family have stayed here multiple times and 5 stars don’t do it justice ! The home is immaculate with every single thing you can possibly need. The property is beautiful with a nice yard for kids to play ! Declan is an amazing, super helpful host and super quick to respond no matter the question! All the way around 10 stars

We rented Deanna's home for our adult children. We live in the Villages and need extra space when the entire family visits. The children said the home was very clean, everything was as mentioned, there were more than enough towels, etc. They were very pleased with the home.

Great place. Very comfortable. Loved the pool and driving golf cart was fun. We had everything we needed for a great stay. This is not a complaint at all more of a helpful hint but one of the town squares was too far to take golf cart and you will need a car.

The townhome was very clean and well maintained. We had a small misunderstanding on how we get the advertised free tickets to the lagoon (you’re supposed to arrange in advance with Sebastion) but it was quickly worked out. We enjoyed our visit and would recommend this townhome to others.

Such a great place. Love the farmers porch. We enjoyed many hours out there. Dylan was great with communication. Accommodated check in a little bit early to help us with a college event. The decor is adorable. The neighbors are all very very friendly. Really nice area. Wish we found this gem 4 years ago when my daughter started college but definitely plan to spread the word to other st Leo families

This is a lovely home in a quiet, walkable neighborhood that is close to everything! It was meticulously clean, with a beautiful yard and porch, nice bathrooms with great showers, big open kitchen floor plan, and a lovely host. You can't go wrong with any of Chelsea's listings.

Absolutely fantastic experience at this charming home in The Villages. We found ourselves here after evacuating due to Hurricane Milton, and we couldn’t have asked for a better refuge. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a perfect stay. Our host, John, was exceptionally friendly and truly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during such a stressful time. He was quick to respond to any questions and offered great local recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. If you’re looking for a cozy getaway with a wonderful host, look no further.

Very clean, spacious house in a fabulous location! Steve’s responsiveness was the best we’ve ever had. If we don’t rent this house in the future, we’ll definitely look for one that he manages. Phenomenal!!

A great place to stay! Dean and Sheila have set up the perfect place in The Villages. The outdoor space is great for pool time, releasing with a book, and eating meals. The golf carts are perfect for going to Spanish Springs or Lake Sumter, both have plenty of music playing and restaurants to frequent. The indoor space is set up nicely for guests, we didn’t spend much time inside, as the weather was perfect for outside activities. One Rec center is within walking distance and also has a bar-grill, others are a quick golf cart ride for pickleball, bocce, shuffleboard, etc. I highly recommend staying at Dean and Sheila’s home, we will definitely stay here again when we come back to The Villages.

MotoRanch is amazing, we stayed in Privateer twi years ago and in Factory Ride this year and both houses are amazing, clean, beautiful and factory ride is so big too! I live everything about it and croom is awesome for riding all day. Pool is amazing addition to the house and makes perfect for refreshing break during the day or calming evening. I wish there would be fire for making fires at night since we didnt get any but we could go and get some in the woods obviously which we didnt do. We were too tired after the whole days of riding😂 Motoranch is awesome and definitely will be back!

Absolutely beautiful home. I loved that Lisa provided easily forgotten items (toothbrushes, Q tips, etc) and snacks when we arrived.

Joes place was perfect for Us. The house was very clean and comfortable. Joe was very helpful and responsive, even helping Us with a last minute adjustment to our reservation. I would definitely love to stay there again on our next visit to the Villages.

Highly recommend this place. It is a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The price is very reasonable. The host is amazing always kept in touch with me and responded very quick to any questions that I had overall five star highly highly recommended

Margarita House was a great place for our month long stay in The Villages. Kathleen was very responsive to my question, always responding in a timely manner. The house felt so spacious and airy with high ceilings and a nice layout of comfortable furniture. The next door and backyard neighbors were so friendly, the best that we’ve encountered in our 4th visit! The house comes with a larger than usual backyard and great afternoon shade on the patio. We enjoyed this area of The Villages! Thanks Kathleen for hosting us!

Beautiful home and very clean upon arrival! Looked exactly like the photos. Nice neighbors who were really helpful as well. Stayed here for about 3 months and it was perfect. Pudgee's Eatery down the road was amazing as well, and the house is pretty close to some dollar stores and a Walmart a little farther.

We had a fantastic stay at Spencer’s place. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was super convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly—they were quick to respond and made check-in a breeze. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We loved staying at Dona's Florida Breeze. Arlita was so enjoyable to talk with and such a welcoming host. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour of the sanctuary and all the beautiful animals. The hosts were so friendly (especially Kevin and Jack :) and accommodating. We will be looking forward to staying again in the future. It is a truly beautiful place to be.

We had a wonderful stay at Laurie's place! Prior to check in, Laurie sent information about the area, and also shared details about the house and where to find what we needed for our stay. So helpful. The kitchen was stocked with all the basics - and then some. The beds were comfortable - and with crisp cool sheets. I don't know what we enjoyed more - listening to the birds while enjoying our morning coffee on the screened lanai, sitting on the peaceful dock, or perhaps it was kayaking the pretty channel? Hmm, hard to pick. Either way, we would not hesitate to stay at the Waterfront Hideaway again! It was cozy, clean, comfortable and quiet. Thank you Laurie!

This was our first stay in the Villages. This place is close to Spanish Springs town Square. All the neighborhoods have golf/bike paths. The house was a perfect size for us. We appreciated being able to have our dogs with us. It was easy to walk them as the surroundings are so pretty and weather so nice.

We loved this place and wished we could have spent more time there. It was a last minute booking and Kimberly answered the request right away. Beautiful property, out in the country but borders a preserve. Close enough to several small towns with great shopping and restaurants. Back porch is a great set up for cooking out, watching sports and hanging by a fire. Plenty of room for kids to play outside, fenced in and safe. We will absolutely go back and spend more time in the area.

Sarah has a cute small house in a more natural setting. She's taken care with design. Lots of nice outdoor areas to lounge. Place was very clean. Wasn't a major issue for me, but something people might want to know- the property is near a CSX freight railroad line- you will hear freight train whistles throughout the night. Also, the main mattress is a spring type that whenever you move you hear a symphony of spring noises. I was able to sleep well and enjoyed my stay, but thought others may want to know the above. I'd stay with Sarah again.

Wow. This is my favorite air bnb! The host was kind, the lakeside view was amazing, and the whole place had a sense of visiting family. There were several cool games, and kitchen and bathroom cabinets that actually had things in them you might need. Oh! And the bed is fantastic! This was a great place to stay and a great value.

Excellent rental !! Teri was extremely helpful and accommodating as I needed an early check-in. The home was super clean and exactly as described…..and the cookies were a nice surprise. Would recommend this home for anyone’s visit to this area.

Stephanie and Gary were amazing! The home is spotless, nicely decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed exploring the Villages by golf cart. We stayed 3 weeks and were really getting used to getting around the area. Would highly recommend renting this home. You will not be disappointed. Stephanie and Gary went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.
