Jonny’s place is incredible. It’s beautiful, has tons of space, and included everything you could think of. It was exactly what we needed for our stay, even in a thunderstorm. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at Billy Goat Retreat! Jill and LJ are great hosts. Very responsive and made sure everything was going well for us. We enjoyed the fresh eggs everyday, visiting the goats and relaxing hot tub. The cabin is extraordinary and we hope to return someday. You won't be disappointed here, just book it.

Loved this place! Probably the most unique and charming places I’ve ever rented. Even with modern amenities throughout, it honestly felt like we were staying in a historical landmark. Plenty of space to spread out, beautiful surroundings and close enough to the city to take in an attraction if you wanted to leave the serenity for a bit. Michele was gracious, welcoming and very friendly. 10/10 would recommend!

We loved everything about this place. So peaceful and we felt right at home. Wish we would’ve booked a longer stay! We loved the hot tub and being surrounded by nature. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time staying in this wonderful space. The living area made a great and welcoming space for connection and relaxation. The home is very beautiful with great spaces to spend time with friends/family.

Austin was a great host. Very responsive and made it easy for us. Their family has a desire to share their beautiful property and they steward it well. 35-40 minutes from downtown Nashville but this property is private, quiet and serene in the rolling hills of TN.

Place was great, Johnny was very helpful and kind. One of the best places to stay if you want a quiet break from the city in between trips downtown.

My family stayed at Erica’s place over Easter weekend while we were visiting family who live nearby. This home is in the perfect location! It is close to lots of restaurants and shopping, but it is far enough from any main roads and you feel like you’re in the country. The house is in a peaceful area and we were so happy we stayed here. The pictures matched up perfectly with what we were expecting and the home was absolutely spotless. We loved staying here and highly recommend a stay to anyone looking for a place in this area.

This is our second time staying here. Absolutely beautiful environment. Perfect little couples retreat away but close enough to town for delicious local flavors. Will be back again and again!

Such a peaceful house and setting! We loved the area and it was so quiet. The house is exactly as described and exceeded expectations. We will return!
