Vacation rentals with a patio in Sumner

Lovely apartment and in a great location! The place was perfect for our needs with plenty of space and everything you need!Was very easy to walk to local shops and restaurants. Really great having the garage for our rental car too! Only critique was the pillows were all really thick and very firm so a couple of softer/smaller options would have been amazing! Other than that, we loved it and will definitely be booking again! Georgina was a great host!

Lovely modern apartment with great amenities. Amy was super helpful with instructions for check in and was always responsive. We were only there for 1 night before heading to the airport so unsure about distance to the centre but with a car it's a great location, perfect walking distance to the food market

Very nice place, feel very warm place.

Logan’s place is a quiet gem in the city. Extra small touches such as coffee vouchers for the close by Monks cafe add value to a great stay. This the second time we have stayed here and will certainly return again. The black out blinds in the bedroom ensured a dark room and restful sleep in the comfortable bed. Layout is great and the place always clean and tidy. Street parking can be a challenge but we always find a park in the end that’s not too far away.

This place is a gem! It had everything I needed for my 5 night stay. And so many things are within easy walking distance (cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, parks, museums). If I ever return to Christchurch, I’d love to book it again.

This is a wonderful find - a cozy and comfortable interior, well appointed for all your creature comforts and a view over the CBD. A short walk to all that the Christchurch CBD has to offer - the salt district, riverside market and new regent street - so many wonderful dining and entertainment options. I'll look for this place again on my next visit.

Really great location, clean and so spacious.

What a hidden gem this property is! We immediately felt right at home. Beautifully appointed with all listed amenities. The beds were so comfortable and everything was super clean and tidy. Lovely and quiet and the surrounding garden is beautiful. Wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommended.

Such a lovely homely place, everything you could possibly need. Everything was labelled very nicely and conveniently. Hosts had set the heat pump before we arrived so it was nice and warm upon our evening arrival. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and will be back!

Fabulous house, clean and very well kept. Everything thought of and provided to allow guests to have a great stay. Good location within walking distance of the town and beach. Excellent communication from Jason, couldn't fault anything at all!

It was a great start to our family vacation in NZ. Amy’s place is cosy, clean and comfortable. Beds are comfy and with hotel quality linen…plus bakery and coffee shop downstairs, it definitely helps to start the day on the right foot. It is also located opposite Holey Moley - the mini -golf venue. We had so much fun with our 8 yo boy there:-) Thank you for a lovely stay, Amy. We also appreciate you allowed us to check in early in the morning on this occasion.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Susan’s! The house was spacious and adequately equipped. It was also very well located as it’s a very short drive and probably about 10-15min walk to the central city! Susan was also a great host — she’s very quick to respond to our queries, gave clear and easy instructions for checking in/out, and overall made our stay very enjoyable!

The perfect central Christchurch spot. walking distance to amazing eateries and bars, Harley Park, the Arts Center, the hospital...yet all peaceful and quiet.

Although didn't meet Kate, the room was quite tidy, the living experience was great, also let us use the kitchen, very good quality stay

Great place. Excellent location, has an off street parking spot. Right in the city, walk to e writhing. Beautiful afternoon sun to patio area, really recommend this pls e to have a nice stay in Chch. Very clean, very new, spotless and modern.

Accommodation was in a great location opposite the park. Apartment was as described. Easy walk into city. Really enjoyed staying there.

Phenomenal, pristine apartment in a great location by the Margaret Mahy playground and New Regent St. An easy walk to Riverside market. The apartment was incredibly comfortable and absolutely spotless.

Amazing stay for a couple of weeks / location was terrific and the condo itself is warm, stocked with everything needed, has great linens and exactly what I needed. Rachel’s communication was amazing and she was always available.
