Places to stay in Summertown

I stayed a month while looking for my permanent home. This place was perfect...peaceful, fully furnished, stocked. Dylilah was very responsive from my very first message to her. She was also proactive in sending me the address for a local storm shelter when we had a day of bad weather/tornado watches. The place was very clean and had everything I needed to stay for the month. All appliances are well-maintained and easy to use. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to visit this area. It's only a short drive to town and to David Crockett State Park. I felt safe and at home. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Precisely what I needed. Beyond that--the surrounding views, the Factory being just down and across the street, downtown Franklin being a fifteen minute walk away... all was as it should have been. Bravo.

My husband and I were in need of a peaceful getaway and it hit the spot! Gorgeous land and scenery of the TN rolling hills, and a beautifully designed home to boot! The pond was full of bass, and my husband enjoyed the fishing. I hope to visit Rebekah’s place again soon. Stephanie

Quaint cottage that had some very nice themed decorative pieces throughout

Derek and Tara's apartment was perfect for our visit to Spring Hill to see a friend. It was close to groceries and more restaurants than you can shake a stick at. Yet removed from most of the hustle and bustle. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen and bath were stocked with everything thing you need to have a comfortable stay. It is close to a busy road so there is some noise. We enjoyed out stay and recommend it.

Really enjoyed our stay. We didn't want to stay in a hotel, but couldn't find anything affordable the area without having to stay in Nashville. The condo was close to the church we wanted to attend on Easter and also to Nashville for sightseeing. Check-in and out was very easy and there were great instructions for tv use. The fixtures in the bathroom was and appliances in the kitchen appear recently installed, even if the complex itself is slightly dated. Definitely a great place to stay if you are have a smaller family like ours (3 of us) and are looking for a nice place to stay in the Franklin area without breaking the bank.

We were met at the door when we arrived. The place is perfect as described. Cozy and clean. The outside area is the perfect place to enjoy your coffee. we will be back!

We enjoyed staying at the cabin very much. It is located in one of the prettiest locations in Tennessee. Leiper’s Fork captures the real TN while being within 20-30 minutes of Franklin, Thompson Station and Nashville. I would highly recommend Margaret Ann and her property.
