Remote but accessible small cozy family home/cabin with 2-bedroom and 1 bath. 2 twin beds, 1 queen, and 1 pull out couch. Quiet and peaceful with woods surrounding area on 2 acres. House was built in the 1960's but some renovations have been done on the inside. Near route 60 off of old route 41. Located 5 miles from Babcock state park, 15 miles from New River Gorge Bridge, and 2 miles from Clifftop. This is a weekend getaway for our family, we do not live on the premises.

This house is conveniently located off of Route 19. You will be located one mile from the New River Gorge Bridge. You will be within a 15 minute walk to all Fayetteville has to offer. It is a short drive or bike ride to hiking trails, mountain biking trails, rock climbing or white water rafting. The house sits on a 1/2 acre lot, that is enclosed with a chainlink fence, for those of you who are bringing a pet.

Rule Ridge is a cozy family home located only 2 minutes to the New River Gorge National Park and Preserve and the New River Gorge Bridge. The home is two bedrooms and one bath. Three great outdoor sitting areas one with fabulous view of the mountains! The home is walking distance to many Fayetteville attractions.
