Walking distance to downtown Homer with many locally owned restaurants and quaint shops. Short distance to Homer Center of Arts and SUNY Cortland. Also, close proximity to the Finger Lakes Region and Mountain ski areas for all season adventures. We are located behind a local beauty salon and next to 2 gas stations with a Dunkin enclosed for added convivence.

Located 40mins to 8 golf courses, and 4 ski resorts. Walking distance to grocery stores, laundromat, coffee shop, restaurants, a fitness center, bus route, and city owned rental bikes all located within just a few minutes.

This home is located in the Finger Lakes Region of of Central New York. It is between Cortland and Ithaca. Cornell University is a short 8 mile drive, Ithaca College is 10 miles away, TC3 is3.5 miles. Greek Peak Skiing Resort and Hope Lake Lodge are 12 miles away. The Ithaca Airport is 8 miles away. The Village of Dryden is short 3 miles drive and has a Dunkin’ Donuts, McDonalds, pizza that will deliver to you, gas stations, Kinney Drugs Store and several small businesses.

Tiny, romantic, timber frame

Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide breakfast foods. Unfortunately we cannot provide fresh breakfasts at this time, to keep our prices the same, with inflation. We hope to again in the future, if the current costs go down. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road. Please drive slow for children and animals. Please book both weekend nights during weekend stays, May-Oct. Thank you!

1820's Quaint Rustic Farmhouse

Beautiful, spacious, two-bedroom private suite. The Farmhouse is located on 50 acres of farmland in our beautiful river valley. We are directly off the Cortland I-81 exit and are 30 minutes to Cornell, Ithaca and Syracuse. We are conveniently located near Greek Peak and other local ski areas. Great location for professors, parents, students, outdoor enthusiast and anyone exploring the Finger lakes! We hope you enjoy your stay and come back again.
