Rogiel was super nice in letting us in earlier, everything was very clean, super white towels, we loved it, I would come back again.

All good as always. It was my third time there. It’s not the newest apartment, but there is something that makes me feel at home instantly. Only negative point, but this is not the owners vault - one of the two elevators that are reaching the floor of the apartment was out of order. So, calling the elevator took a little more time than usual. This is, of course, just a temporary condition.

The stay at the place was excellent!! The apartment is large, it was clean and organized. All rooms as described in the listing. Clean bathrooms. The beds are very comfortable!!! The kitchen is equipped with the necessary. What caught our attention was the tranquility of the neighborhood. Very quiet, excellent for rest and concentration for studies or work. There are nearby supermarket and pharmacy, we walked. It is also near the park Taquaral, about 15-20 min walking. Communication with the host was great, it resolved all questions. We recommend staying!!

I had a road problem leaving the state where I live and I couldn't reach my destination, but I couldn't help but evaluate Fabio for communication and empathy when I had a problem. By warning you about the incident, you quickly answered me by directing me on the reservation. Although I have not been able to arrive this time, I already know the apartment and really serve our family safely and comfortably. The house is exactly like in the pictures. The leisure area (swimming pool, barbecue, sand court, etc.) is really the difference of the house. Beautiful and modern leisure area. The house where the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, etc are older, but it is well maintained, clean and has all the necessary utensils. We did the New Year dinner and there was absolutely nothing missing. The whole family loved it!!!!!

We were made to feel very welcome, Otávio and his wife were super attentive. The whole house is thoughtfully designed with beautiful decoration, so it is the best option for those with children, with ample lawn space and a sand court. Close to everything, several sights that can be reached on foot. The house is even more beautiful and cozy than in the photos. Very comfortable beds and pillows. I would go back and it's super recommended 🙏👏
