The apartment, including the Hohe Tauern Sommercard, is located in a beautiful nature reserve. The 1st ski area is a 5-minute drive away, and trails run close to our house. The area is suitable for sports enthusiasts, nature lovers and people who want to make excursions in both summer and winter. From our house, there are several beautiful hiking options, including the Untersulzbach waterfall, a 15-minute walk away. You can also enjoy our quiet garden or your own balcony with mountain views.

The holiday apartment lies on the first floor and offers a total size of 78m2 incl. balcony. It comprises 2 double bedrooms, an open plan kitchen, a sitting/dining area and a new bathroom. There is a further small bedroom with a bunk-bed which is accessible through one of the other bedrooms and allows bookings for up to 6 persons. The spacious, covered balcony is a real treat by making it possivle to appreciate the unique view of the Wilder Kaiser and the Hohe Salve even on rainy days

From the hall, you reach the bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Under the house is a spacious ski cellar with ski boot dryers and the sauna, and in summer the bicycles can be stored here. There are plenty of parking spaces around the house.

It is located in the middle of the village - a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery are within walking distance. The Krimml Waterfalls are only a 10-minute walk away. The ski bus to the Zillertal stops about 5 minutes walk. By car you need approx. 10 minutes to the nearest lift. A freely accessible ski cellar is located in the house.
