Maam kim's unit is great dining and room good for 2 people is really the bed room, I love the aesthetic style of the unit and the neighborhood and guards are nice😊! the convenient store and laundry area is also walking distance inside the subdivision! the wifi and my partner and I only concern the phone with us is a little weak😞! but overall staying for 19days in Maam kim's Airbnb is really feels at home and Beautiful unit🥰🥹😇❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼.. .

Home away from home. If you wanted to have a private and relaxed place where everything can be easily accessed (market, malls, transportation, etc.) then this is the place for you. I love the place and will surely come back.

Place is in a quiet and gated community. We felt safe. It is clean and the amenities are complete.

My friends and I had a fantastic time staying at Ma’am Wilma’s house! The place was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a peaceful vibe that made it easy for us to unwind. It had everything we needed, including complete kitchen utensils. The 3 split-type inverter air conditioners were a lifesaver, especially with the hot weather in Gensan it kept the house cool. The subdivision felt safe, being close to the guardhouse, which gave us peace of mind. The house was near sari-sari stores, so everything we needed was just a short walk away. Plus, getting around was easy with a quick tricycle ride to other places. Though we didn’t visit many malls due to the Holy Week closures, we enjoyed our time watching movies and playing games. Another highlight was the laundry area, and we were also provided with an iron and ironing stand, which was great for freshening up our clothes. Ma’am Wilma and the co-host were very friendly and responsive, making us feel welcome. Thank you so much ❤️

Everything is good except for the bed it was hard because it doesn’t have memory foam. Maybe upgrade it will make your guest more comfortable. Overall, it was a decent cute home.

Rachel was a great host. Great communication. The house was clean and beds and bedding very comfortable and clean. Wifi worked great with a smart TV so you can watch whatever you want also she let me use her Netflix since I didn't have an account. Pretty much everything you need to live and make dinners for a week or months stay. Washer/dryer is there and easy to use. Easy to call a grab taxi right to the house or just walk out to the street for a trike. For me the location was perfect being halfway between family and Gensan. Safe area with great neighbors. There is a sari sari store just a short walk from the house they probably have anything you need there from food or household items and even a few beers. It is a good 20 to 30 minute taxi into town which isn't bad if you are not going often. I was very happy with the stay and most likely I will be back again in the near future.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place is very cozy and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, which made it easy to relax and unwind. The bed was comfortable, the amenities were great, and the overall atmosphere felt warm and welcoming.
