The apartment is located in a very green area and, from its location, we enjoyed a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. The area is very quiet and is perfect for those who, like us, love contact with nature. The apartment is very clean and tidy, stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We received a very pleasant welcome that added the famous icing on the cake to make our stay simply perfect!

Luca is a very precise, helpful and friendly person. With the snow outside we found the home warm and welcoming, and the place very nice. Everything went very well.

Raffaella, is a wonderful host. She is very nice and will give you advice and help. The house is very clean, nice, with a wonderful panorama from the terrace. it is an ideal base for exploring this part of Italy. I highly recommend it and hope to return there someday.

Stefano was such a great host! He left us a few bottles of sparkly and gave us the best recommendations for local places to eat and explore! The house was huge and beautiful and the view was truly amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool because of the weather messing something up with it, but we had a great, peaceful, relaxing stay regardless! Would totally recommend and would totally stay here again.

We stayed in this amazing yurt where time stops. Everything is beautiful and well-kept. The property has all the comforts and precautions possible, from the sofas and loungers outside the jacuzzi with views of nature, from the refrigerator to the coffee and ice maker. All to stay overnight in the peace of mind. Tom is a really good host, he made us find breakfast in the picnic basket outside the door in the morning and it was very much appreciated. The care and dedication to the environment also make this property a really fantastic accommodation.

We occupied both apartments for a week in August . Our first criteria was to find a place for 15 people for a vacation with a children's and cousins' families. We wanted a comfortable home with an outdoor space for large family tables. And be close to the Sea so that everyone can be autonomous at their own pace . In that, Villa Arzilla was perfect! In addition, we were greeted by very friendly owners who were very attentive to our needs and super responsive! Even if it remains secondary The style of the apartments we really liked with its vintage flea market spirit! The small beach accessible nearby is not paradise there are of course prettier beaches nearby but to us it has much more because it was our almost private beach very uncrowded and also because we were able to bring all the beach equipment beds and umbrella made available by the owners . To be more comfortable, I advise you to meet Mario the "boss" of the beach and make yourself an ally . Despite his acariate appearance, he is very friendly and he will tell you his story as a great stylist and swimmer! Happy holidays at Villa Arzilla to discover the beautiful Abruzzo region!

Lovely spot - quiet, air conditioning worked really well, nice balconies on three sides, very clean, really well stocked, and generous hosts.

Our stay at Alessio and Louiselle's was a hit! The hosts were very attentive to us (5 people) and their collaboration was very much appreciated! Thank you!! The location was extraordinary, charming and welcoming. Alessio's recommendation to the Costa Di Maggio restaurant right next to the accommodation allowed us to have a unique culinary experience and meet the young, very committed and enthusiastic owner as well as his incredibly creative chef. We would not hesitating to book this place!

Booked with some haste due to special personal circumstances, Valentina's accommodation proved to be an excellent solution for staying in Pescara. Very helpful host, perfect location in the center with amenities and supermarket in the immediate vicinity (all within walking distance). In the apartment we found all the comforts (thanks to the WiFi we were also able to work comfortably in smart-working): in short, we felt at home.

We were warmly welcomed by Simonetta himself. We felt right at home and she gave us the necessary explanations of the accommodation. If we need anything else, in terms of taxi, bicycles,... she arranged that for us. I could live there myself in the stay, very cozy and cozy. Like it can be seen in the photos. The beach is within walking distance. I can't list minus points actually that we experienced during the stay. Super stay and super host. Thank you Simonetta for the warm welcome.

The apartment in Alessia's chalet is ideal for those who, although a three-minute drive from the center of Pescasseroli, are looking for tranquility and space to perhaps walk their dogs. The highlight of the house is the living room and its giant fireplace, which of course we used every evening to grill the excellent local meats. The kitchen is small but essential. In the sleeping area, the underfloor heating is very comfortable. The rooms are a little small, two people are fine, four people are cramped. The caretaker was kind and also brought us firewood.

We had a great time, the apartment is cozy and clean, the location was awesome and very near to the beach and the restaurants. Perfect refuge in a home away from home! We will be back!

Stefano's house is nestled in the wonderful alleys of the magical ancient village of Pettorano. The house overlooks a beautiful mountain view of Mount Genzano, accompanied by the sound of the flowing Gizio river, in the true center of the nature reserve. The house has everything you need for a great stay. Stefano's advice on what to eat (restaurants in the historic center within walking distance) and what to see, were helpful. Highly recommended

We spent 15 days in Loredana's place out of 10. Everything was tidy and well maintained. Air conditioners present that made the night restful on these hot days. Beautiful terrace to use in the evening.

everything went well, including the proximity to the beach and its amenities... the pine forest between the house and the sea that we took advantage of every day because of the heat above all during lunch... also those on the greenbay. The only note out of tune is the noise of the train that disturbs during the nest in the pine forest... common or railways should make noise barriers at least in some busiest stretches

We had an amazing stay! Mario was incredibly communicative and accommodating, especially with check-in and check-out times, making everything seamless. He proactively made us aware of important updates in Lettomanoppello we wouldn’t otherwise have known about. The Villa was absolutely beautiful and a perfect, peaceful retreat to come back to each day after exploring the the area. We had everything we needed and more—Mario went above and beyond, providing complimentary food and drinks upon arrival and throughout our stay, which was such a thoughtful touch. It was also so private, offering a serene escape from the town. We truly enjoyed every minute and will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed a lovely stay. Gianni and his daughter are two warm, sweet people who provided a nice welcome. We felt right at home in their beautiful home. The region is very beautiful and you know that if there is a problem you can go to the host. At the same time, they gave us all the privacy. There is a beautiful swimming pool that is very well maintained. We would like to come back and can only recommend this house and these hosts.

Margherita’s place was wonderful. One of the best best Airbnb we have ever stayed at! The pool is spotless and the terrace has a breath taking view. Ideal for those who want to relax in a peaceful location with friends or family. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need and the house was very clean. Thank you for the beautiful stay!

Lea is a great is a great host, very easy going and makes you feel right at home. We had a great time and will definitely be booking with her again on our next vacation in Abruzzo. What they are offering took years of hard work and investment. (from building the apparemments, the fruit trees surrounding the property, olive trees, vineyard, breath taking views)

Nice accommodation with all necessary facilities, a big garden and a magnificent pool. Located in a quiet area with superb views on the surrounding mountains. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful family stay at Antonio’s place. The house is spectacular - even better than how it appears in the photos. Well equipped, spotless, spacious with plenty of privacy for each of the bedrooms. The garden and pool are beautiful, we could spent endless hours lounging and swimming. The one drawback guests should be aware of is that there is no AC in any of the bedrooms downstairs (3 out of 6 total), and in the common areas. While we visited a heat wave was hitting EU and specifically Italy. For those of us who had to sleep without AC it was really unpleasant. The downstairs main kitchen and dining room become uncomfortably warm. This might not be a huge issue for some, but for our group at this specific time it was disappointing, especially since the listing mentioned there is an AC in the amenities, without the details that it covers less than 50% of the house. Antonio is a wonderful host who made us feel at home.
