Explore Abruzzo & Sulmona whilst experiencing the best of rich village life in a newly restored modern apartment with all mod cons just 10 minutes from the A25 Autostrada. Conveniently located in Prezza, nicknamed the 'Balcony of Abruzzo', the apartment is a light open plan airy space with a well equipped kitchen and sofa bed for guests with children, centrally heated and with air conditioning. There is a modern bathroom with shower cubicle, wifi and US TV channels are available free of use.

It is located outside the town, surrounded by greenery and the silence of nature.

Magia d'Estate Apartment

My apartment is located at the gates of Sulmona's historic center, close to the municipal gardens. Although it is a few meters from the city course, it can be reached by car right up to the door and it is easy to find parking, both paid and free. The accommodation is on one level, on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator, consolidated in 2015 and renovated in 2024. It enjoys a magnificent panorama overlooking the Majella National Park and the municipal gardens.

Casapensiero

Rest, nature and tradition among olive groves and renowned wineries overlooking the mountains of Abruzzo. Straddling the sea and mountains, it's a great starting point for exploring the area. A few kilometers from the main highway connections and the historic center of Nocciano. Possibility of horseback riding and cycling along the Nora river. A visit to the castle of Nocciano and the hamlet of Villa Badessa, a center of Greco-Byzantine culture, is interesting.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

Consisting of a large living room with sofa bed, TV and fireplace, kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms with shower, one of which is external. Large terrace on the beach. Air conditioning and underfloor heating. Ideal for enjoying the summer nightlife of the Riviera and the peace and tranquility of the sea in winter.

My accommodation is close to Sulmona, a stone's throw from Lake Scanno and the Abruzzo National Park. My place is good for couples and hikers who love tranquility and nature. Inside the WWF Sagittarius Gorges oasis where bears, wolves, deer, golden eagle, coral croaking and other rare and interesting animals live. There are many species of rare or endemic plants such as the Fjordaliso of Sagittarius.

You can stay in a delightful penthouse on the second floor of a 1970s building. The environment is well-kept and comfortable with independent entrance. A quiet, welcoming corner to make your stay more pleasant and intimate. Its location in Chieti Scalo is very central: about 1.5 km from the SS Polyclinic. Annunziata and D'Annunzio University.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Adjacent to Villa Comunale. You can park for free in the large spaces below, forget about the car and visit the city on foot 50 meters from the pedestrian area.
