Come spend a few days in our small town house, in the heart of a peaceful village, close to the Canal d'Orléans. Upstairs is a mezzanine, a double bed and a shower room. On the ground floor, an equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, fridge, electric oven, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, open to living room with sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi. Adjacent to our main house, this small house, typically Solognote, has been renovated by us. Its entrance is protected by a veranda. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. The entrance to the house on the street is independent of ours, a private garage is available. Dog accepted, clean, (12 kg max), on request, subject to conditions, only one pet allowed.

The studio, facing south, has a private access that is at the edge of the towpath, a path that forms part of the very long European cycle path "Transibérique". The Loire River runs along the canal: located between the two, the dike leads you to the centre of Orléans, 6 km away.
