The house is located on the pier right at the shore of the shore of You live in walking distance to the fast boat dock and it only takes 10 minutes until you are in the center of Ålesund. Short distance to Langevåg center (5 min.) where you will find Devoldfabriken with outlet shops, café, bakery and artisans. Electric car charging. Close to sports facilities and outdoor park with a hiking trail. And you have Sulafjellet not far away with a built-up mountain trail and many different hiking destinations. Great starting point for day trips in M&R.

The apartment is fully equipped, has a porch and a lovely view. Nice walking areas in the immediate vicinity. Free parking, and electric car charger can be borrowed by agreement. It is possible to rent a boathouse area, with fishing equipment, 2 sup boards and fire pit..This is agreed with the host if needed no later than the day before. Walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacy, gym, hairdresser and restaurants

The master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and en suite bathroom add extra luxury. The kitchen is of high standard and the whole house has underfloor heating. The large outdoor areas with 5 seating areas and a gas grill allow for relaxation outdoors. The accommodation is only 20 minutes from Ålesund, and Geiranger is 1.5 hours away. An ideal base for experiencing Sunnmøre.

Vogna is idyllically located with good views. 10 minutes by car from Ålesund city center, about 20 by bus. 1/2 minute to the fjord where sea water can rent a rowboat by agreement. Within walking distance you have Atlanterhavsparken, Tueneset with beach, trails, gaps and fire pit as well as bunkers from World War II. You can walk up to Sugarloaf from here. Lovely view of town and mountains The wagon is equipped with a double bed, a single bed if needed (more than two?), large sofa, single kitchen, toilet, wardrobe and TV. Welcome.

Newly renovated apartment with its own entrance and two bedrooms. Langevåg city center and Devoldfabrikken you reach in about 4 mins by car. Fantastic Sulafjellet is very close. Langevåg offers disc golf course and great hiking trails in beautiful nature. From Langevåg there is a fast boat to Ålesund. The apartment has an open kitchen solution, bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine and its own sauna. The kitchen has microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and kettle and otherwise has what you usually need.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of space for fun. The house is a stone's throw from the sea where it's great to swim, light a fire, or the kids' favorite: look for crabs! There is also a short distance to great mountain hikes. Moa shopping center is 7 minutes away by car, and to Ålesund city center it takes 17 minutes by car. The house is brand new with modern decor and practical room solutions. There is plenty of room for 7 adults, and opportunities to borrow a crib and travel crib for children.

Velkommen til en moderne leilighet med nydelig utsikt! Leiligheten er fra 2016 og er en innbydende 4-roms med sentral og attraktiv beliggenhet på Hessa, kun fem minutter fra Ålesund sentrum. Det er tre soverom i leiligheten og alle er utstyrt med dobbelsenger. Leiligheten ligger i gåavstand til Sukkertoppen og et steinkast fra sjøen. Leiligheten har god standard på innredning og utstyr. Peaceful and cozy apartment in 1st floor of semi-detached house. Rural yet close to Ålesund and Moa Butikksenter. Proximity to nice hiking areas and to the sea. By Road to: Ålesund city center 20min MOA shopping center 10 min Langevåg 12 min It is also possible to drive to Langevåg to leave the car there to take the speedboat over to Ålesund. This one takes about 10 minutes. Then you come straight to the center of Ålesund without a car.

We loved staying at Steffen's place! The check-in was easy, the place was very clean and everything was well-labelled! Steffen stood out as a super responsive, helpful and caring host. And although the smart controls needed some time to master, the place felt a lot like home and welcoming! We wish Steffen all the best and would choose his stay again without hesitation!

Even more beautiful in person that the profile pictures! The water and mountain views are stunningly gorgeous and peaceful. Easy freeway access, and the 18 minute drive to downtown Alesund is quick. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful waterfront home!
