The house is clean, quiet, complete facilities, security is maintained, cold air conditioning can also Fan, complete cookware, complete cutlery we have 5, and it's very spacious. once recommended. actually it's not only 5 people, this house can accommodate up to 10 people because there is also a carpet provided. Some may want proximity to family compared to hotels, this is much more convenient.

Good place in Surabaya.. A bit far from the streets so you have to use vehicles to go everywhere

Strategic area, safe environment and easy to find house Maybe just a few notes for the host: the blanket is too thin maybe it can be replaced and doesn't fit the blanket ‘so a blanket', the back of the toilet house outside is poorly maintained and the yard and when you're going to use the washing machine there's a lizard and finally the curtain is too thin. Maybe it can be replaced with a thick horden but it's still aesthetic

I came 2 Indonesia as a guest 4 my friends wedding and don't know anyone else here. people in Surabaya r extremely polite and friendly. room had huge issues. 14cm pot good enough 4 boiling 2 eggs, and it would trip the electrical circuits every 20 min. host told me 2 turn off everything, so I had to cook in the dark. AC is ancient and after a few hours will wake you up with horrendous noises. host needs 2 buy a new AC and upgrade his electrical loading. when I complained 2 him he said there is nothing wrong. when I saw him in the lobby he ran away and hid in the disabled bathroom. when I asked 4 key back he refused and prefered 4 me 2 make a complaint 2 police. host has no manners and no experience and is afraid 2 meet 2 resolve issues. kept saying "I'll be there in 30 minutes". after an hour I gave up and moved to another unit. experience this property 4 yourself. if u don't mind hair in the bathroom , a noisy AC and a kitchenette operational only in the dark. buyer be ware.

The room is clean and the location is perfect, right above the mall. Very recommended for staycation

The apartment is clean, comfortable, according to the photos. The nice interior of the room feels more spacious. Very cold air conditioning. There is a nice wooden floor to sit back while looking at the night view of Surabaya. In front of the lobby there is parking available and you can sit in the lobby when you wait for check-in time. The parking and lobby of the path is better in this tanglin orchard than the apartment next door. Very satisfied to stay in Athisa room.

The apartment is still newuuu (literally, one gedong apartment is still new). Just less hairdryer. Also, everything is ok, get free indomie anyway. The price is a bit expensive if you want to compared to 4 star hotels, if it can be reduced again. Overall, perfect for those who want a staycation/party in the room.

Lily’s place well located at west surabaya, easy to get around. Secure & easy parking facilities. Clean & safe, you can only go to the dedicated floor only if you have access card and the guard also politely refused to grant access without any key. Beautiful view from 35th floor, full glass panel wall in every room. Quite place to relax with fully equipped kitchen. Strong wifi & sufficient lighting. If there is anything that could be improved is the hot water supply but it was truly overcome with other good qualities that been provided. All & all its a good value 👍🙏
