Stayed in this property for Eid holiday with family (6 adults and 1 kid), the property was really clean, the pool was pristine. location is good only like 3 mins to Taman Budaya (with lots of resto option), and around 10mins to Aeon mall, nearby the villa is also minimarket. The kitchen equipment is quite complete if you plan to cook during your stay, but maybe the host needs to change the sponge for washing dishes and some pans (cz they are not really in good condition anymore). But overall we had good time to staying in Dave’s property

I went there with my family to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday. The place offered plenty of rooms, all of which were clean and well-maintained. The pool was also spotless, and the kids had a great time playing in it. There’s a BBQ set available, but we forgot to buy charcoal, and the host and staff weren’t sure where to get it, so I’d recommend coming prepared. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and tools. However, I’d suggest replacing the non-stick pan, as the surface was scratched, and as far as I know, using scratched non-stick pans can be harmful to health. Unfortunately, I didn’t use it, which was a bit of a loss since we had already prepared food to cook. Another unfortunate issue was that the water heater in the main bedroom on the first floor wasn’t working. I didn’t ask the owner about it since the heaters in the other rooms worked perfectly. Other than that, everything was fantastic. Thank you so much!

Villa Nio actually way much better than the photos.. spacious home, clean, tidy, complete amenities, comfort place to relax with your family and friends.. you also can enjoy netflix, clean pool, billiard and karaoke in this villa.. Ibu Dini, Ibu Rina and Pak Udin are very friendly and helpful..

Our big family (10 members) had a perfect weekend at the Gracia Villa 2 - Vimala Hills. The villa was exceptional & the cluster was also near the main gate which really ease our family in ordering some foods & buying some stuffs at the club house's mini market. The neighborhood was also peaceful & walkable to several mini gardens & "mini zoo". The villa's owner & staff were very responsive & professional too. Surely we'll come back next time. Once again, this villa is absolutely 5 stars & one of the "Steal Deal" in Puncak/Vimala Hills area!

I visited this place for a family vacation, and it was absolutely amazing! We loved the aesthetic, and the furniture had a fresh, Mediterranean vibe throughout the house. Every area was spotless, smelled wonderful, and was super comfy. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the host even gave us a cake to take home! Such a lovely touch, and we’ll definitely consider coming back for another stay ❤️

The house was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the small amenities like fresh towels, toiletries, and a well-stocked kitchen. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with local spots within walking distance. Ester was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and respectful of my privacy. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming stay.

The villa/house is spacious and there are complete appliances to support daily life. The villa/house is in a strategic location, not too crowded, not too quiet, suitable for comfort and tranquility. The inside of the villa/house feels cool even without air conditioning because of the good ventilation. Spacious, comfortable, and up to standard bedrooms. The bathroom is also clean and comfortable plus there's a water heater. The terrace and backyard are perfect for gathering with friends or family. Complete cooking utensils and cutlery are also provided to add to the satisfaction of visitors.

This villa was so good, the bed, amenities are in there, the minus is only so many insects in nearby also sometimes the insects is get in the house. the rest ITS ok, we loved to stay there :)

The experience of staying at Ella's house was very pleasant. from the smooth CI-CO, assisted by the very helpful housekeeper Kang Adang to the CO. Ella's house is really like the description in the photo, however, it is more spacious, neater, cleaner, more homey because all the amenities are complete like entering your own home. When we arrived, all the bedrooms had AC turned on, very comfortable after the trip & the room was fragrant and the mattress & bathroom were not damp. It has good ventilation & spacious room layout. With a large yard & the location is also not crowded even on weekends so it is very suitable for families who want to rest & or want to have an event that does not disturb the surrounding area. Amenities are quite complete Soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, towels are all complete! Dispenser, Kitchen & bbq utensils are quite complete, we are very helped. That night we spent time with games &karaoke tools that are available. Thanks Raisa,wonderful experience!

i had a great time here with my family the place was so nice and cozy those 3 bedrooms, kitchen , living room, bathrooms and the private pool , everything was clean.. this villa also provide us with cookware and cutlery, even rice cooker and bbq tools the area was quite and peaceful And for mba evita, thank you for being so helpful and friendly overall, this villa is very recommended place to stay :)

The house is comfortable and clean bangeeet. There is a garden and there is a small place for children to play in the water, the shape is cute like a bowl hihi is perfect here to bring children in my opinion. Oh yes the host, Bu Widyawati is very kind and responsive, as is Pak Nanang, who looks after where I stay. Overall, lovely place❤️❤️

Strategic location within the complex with wide road access, not a small alley, safe for cars. Garage fits 1 medium car + motorcycle parking. Large windows, good natural light, but a bit hot and less privacy because there's no film on the windows. The upstairs bathroom has hot water. The downstairs room has no AC but there is a fan, the upstairs room has AC and is very cold. The kitchen is quite complete for basic needs, but the sink is outside (back garden). Clean bed and pillows, towels, toothbrushes, and toothpaste are provided. Very affordable price for the amenities offered. The host is also fast and helpful. Overall comfortable for short stays👍
