Completely renovated, the apartment is on the ground floor of a single-family residential building. It is independent of the rest of the building and has an entrance for exclusive use. The renovation and decoration were designed by an architect and interior designer, for comfort and convenience for guests. The neighborhood is known as a safe residential area, where it is possible to stay in a quiet environment and at the same time close, 2 km from the Pão de Açucar Cable Car Station and 4 km from Copacabana beach.

The living room is large, with a dining table, sofa bed (double) and a balcony with plants and a hammock. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils. The bathroom has been renovated and has a 220v shower. The environment has air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a portable floor fan.
