The 4-bedroom house sleeps up to 12 guests and is the ideal retreat for a family vacation, wedding party, or a long-term stay in the valley. It is a 5-minute walk to the Village Run ski trail. Recently renovated, we now have 2 master bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom. A guest bedroom with a queen bed & fireplace and a 6-person bunk room and a 3rd full bathroom.

This Is Our Farmhouse

Welcome to our Farmhouse! A 2.6 acre property one mile from Bristol Village shopping & restaurants, 20 minutes to Middlebury, 35 minutes to Burlington & Sugarbush. You are staying in the main house. The home is three stories, four bedrooms, two full baths, a full kitchen, three living room spaces, two sofa beds and comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. We live on on the property with an outdoor cat & German Shepherd Jax. We are pet friendly with fee. * Steep stairs from 1st to 2nd floor.

Euro-style passive house built in 2020 with super-insulated walls and a large proportion of natural materials. The house is less than a mile drive to the Lincoln Peak base area, with breathtaking winter views of the resort. First floor includes kitchen, living room, dining area, master bedroom, master bath and mudroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with a second full bath.
