Villa vacation rentals in Suffolk County

Prime Royalty was very proactive and detailed with everything we needed to find the location, get inside, etc so we were very pleased with the ease of arriving and leaving. The inside was completely remodeled just like photos, was very clean, nice furnishings, comfortable and surprisingly quiet as it was on a busy street with a car/tire shop right next door. We didn't hear anything and slept well. Very cozy with a lot of nice touches in design and amenities. Well done.

We absolutely loved our springtime stay! Incredible space inside and outside that enabled our kids ample room to explore and have fun. Ann Marie was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable!

George was an excellent Air BnB host!!!! His responses were prompt and answered any questions we had. The location was ideal in Greenport as everything was walking distance. We had an amazing time!

Everything was so clean and the host was super accommodating, helpful & responsive. The house was also packed with everything you could possibly need, in case you forget to bring anything. The place was great! Perfect if you are looking for a quiet, serene place to relax. Just steps from a beautiful, secluded pebble beach where we had a picturesque sunset stroll. Check in was seamless and everything was just as described. We are looking forward to going back!

Our second year staying at Tony's house! All the comforts of home, with plenty of room for our family. Clean, very comfortable furnishings. Lovely, plentiful linens. The pool area and yard are fantastic! Once again, it was a pleasure to stay there. We hope to go back next year!
