It's very special to be here and so close to the water. A haven of peace, as if you are in an island, if you bring your boat, it is right in front of the living room. This makes it possible to make trips in the nearby area through the many canals to small rustic boaters and nice restaurants directly and spontaneously depending on the weather. Whether by boat for shopping or going to the market to Lemmer during the day or in the evening directly to the jetty to the bars and restaurants nearby.

Adjacent to the living room is a terrace of about 12 m2 to the south and in the living room there is a wood stove. The kitchen has a 4-burner gas cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher and oven.
