The cottage is located in the village of Kåbdalis, known for its ski resort. Here you can also easily get out into the wilderness on snowmobiles, skis, horseback, or on foot. Guests bring their own towels, sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases. The cottage has two sleeping areas, one with a bunk bed, and one with a 160 cm bed, a kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, stove, as well as a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Within walking distance of the cottage, there is also a shop/bakery/cafe/post office, as well as restaurants and a pub during the peak season in the ski resort.

Our charming cottage, located by a lake on an older forest-clad headland, is a sanctuary for all those who want to experience the Swedish wilderness. Summer offers midnight sun and good fishing for pike and perch. Record-sized trout have also been caught here! Winter usually offers northern lights or beautiful moonlight and then it is usually the lake that grabs the fishing enthusiasts' attention. In the spring ice fishing, you can catch large whitefish and whitefish.

The cottage was completed in the late summer of 2024 and is now ready for rent. It has a very nice, sunny and private location on a headland by the Lule River. The cottage consists of a large living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area for 6 people, large sofa and a TV. On the same floor there is also a bathroom with laundry facilities, two bedrooms and a sauna. The cottage also has a large sleeping loft with an undisturbed view of the river.
