Vacation rentals with lake access in Sudbury District

Ben helped us a lot from day one by providing great suggestions on where to go. The Airbnb house was absolutely stunning, the lake was beautiful, and we were delighted to enjoy fresh eggs that we had never tasted before—they were delicious! Thank you so much, and we hope to see you again soon!

What a great place to stay. I was there with my family (4 adults) beautiful open kitchen and living room. very spacious, we were so comfortable. Would absolutely stay again.

Had a great time at Michelle's Airbnb property! Kitchen had ample space, as well as the rest of the property was spacious inside and out. The foosball / ping pong table was a nice touch, along with the large fire pit and hot tub. The Michelle was also very flexible with check in and check out times, which was much appreciated during off peak season! Overall great experience!

This place truly felt like home. The host was amazing—super communicative and thoughtful throughout the stay. It’s the perfect spot if you’re looking to unwind in a peaceful, quiet environment with beautiful views all around. Everything about this trip was just what I needed. Loved every moment and would definitely come back again!

"Our stay at this homestay was absolutely perfect. The place was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. One of the highlights was definitely the private hot tub – perfect for soaking in the evenings under the stars. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a coffee maker, microwave, and all the cookware and utensils. There was also a smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, and even a washing machine which came in really handy. The outdoor area was lovely, with a sitting space and a small BBQ setup. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and respectful of our privacy. They also provided clear instructions and great local recommendations. Would 100% stay here again!"🥰

I had an incredible experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating, making check-in and communication seamless. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, and attractions.. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like fresh linens, a well-stocked kitchen, and local recommendations. Highly recommend this place. It was beautifully decorated and lots of attention to detail and a wonderful welcome basket. We have family in Sudbury so we plan on staying here many more times in the future.

We were two retired couples who rented the apartment for 3 nights. Very pleased. Walk-able location in Little Current, on the main street. Great views of waterway, bridge, and sunrise from the comfortable balcony. The apartment was as shown in pictures and as described. Chris was very helpful. Instructions for parking, entrance, and use were clear. With central location and over businesses, over night noise could be an issue. Sound generators were provided in the bedrooms. Beds and linens/blankets were comfortable as were living room furnishings. Loft bedroom wasn't used, note that ceiling height is limited beyond the centre of the room, as in the pictures. Bathroom very nicely renovated, hot water and towels great. Kitchen was well equipped for utensils and pots and pans. Bring you own condiments, spices, and tea/coffee for the kettle and basket coffee maker provided. Note that access stairs are steep and internet was slow. TV not 4K and sometimes had to wait to spool the feed.

Best Air Bnb I’ve been to, felt great to be there, love the way it’s designed. Everything was perfect. Hot tub is nice and warm, they have almost everything to cook with. Bonus items in fridge and snacks. Great experience!

Really beautiful place to stay. The house has everything you need and was very clean. De view is amazing and the surrounding is peaceful and quiet. I would definitely recommend to stay here, most beautiful place i have stayed so far.

What a great place to just relax and unwind. It was so quiet and peaceful, just what we needed. Kim and Ken are amazing hosts. They have all the details laid out for their guests in a very organized book. There are so many things included in your stay making it lighter for us to pack. They welcome pets which is a huge plus. They were there for checkin to make sure we knew how to operate everything and available for any questions. Great fishing even in August. I would highly recommend this remote, private property.

We really enjoyed staying at Dave and Marcia’s cottage. It was super clean, had all the amenities we needed and was really comfortable. Located on the water with an amazing view….we couldn’t have been happier!! The hosts were very friendly and provided us with a 5 star Airbnb experience. We would love to stay there again and highly recommend to others.

It was a perfect place to take our family to celebrate my 40th birthday! Jaime and Patrick were very responsive and had all the amenities! Our eldest daughter loves the water equipment and our youngest loved the outdoors! Would 100% recommend and would return!

We stayed at Tyler, Steph, and Julie's cottage for a Fall fishing trip and it was the perfect spot! The lake is excellent for fishing, large and many places to scope out for all hours of the day... the firepit space was a great fit for our group of 5 to enjoy (we had forgotten our chairs and were thankful to see all the outdoor seating!) The cottage was one of the most well stocked Airbnb's we have stayed in, lots of helpful items in the kitchen. Our group noted we really would love to come back in the Summer time - there were so many games, a horseshoe pit, a whole separate bunkie, and lots of water toys that left us wanting to come back when the temps/waters are warmer with more friends for a true cottage staycation. 5/5, thank you for hosting us!
