Once your booking is confirmed, I will provide detailed check-in instructions that are easy to follow. I am available 24/7 to help if needed! My daughter lives in the front house in emergency. You will have the entire apartment to yourself during your stay. As access to the apartment is via electronic keypads, you won’t need to collect any keys from me. However I am available 24 hours a day if you have any questions or would just like a friendly face to show you around the area. The apartment is set in the hip area of Maylands, a short walk from the various cafes along 8th Avenue. The vibrant shops, cafes, and eateries along Beaufort Street and station are steps away. It’s a 15-minute drive from Perth International Airport. With Maylands Train Station only 400m away, it is easy to get to and from the apartment via public transport. There is parking on site, with additional free on-street parking if you have multiple cars. We provide tea, coffee (with your own Nespresso machine) and milk for your breakfast. Please cook! The pantry is also well stocked with spices, oils etc. We want to make your stay effortless. You are welcome to smoke but only outside please.

A two minute walk and you’ll have the sand between your toes. There’s plenty of eateries to choose from, a nearby 24/7 gourmet supermarket and easy access to CBD, Freo and Kings Park. A bus stop is 100m from our house (BUS 82) travels to the City Centre in 30 mins. The bus stops in Subiaco where you can connect to the train to go to the City, Elizabeth Quay,Claremont, Cottesloe and the fishing port of Fremantle OR the spectacular new Optus footy Stadium and the Crown Casino and Resort. Off Street parking is available and we suggest you consider a hire car if your stay is for longer than a few days. If free we are happy to drop you off on route or you can Uber. Single level open plan living areas with two steps up to Laundry and Bathroom. We operate a bio chemical water treatment system i.e every 3-4 times you use the bathroom the pump will operate for 3-4 seconds w/minor residual noise.

We loved this place because it is in the middle of South Freemantle and all that it has to offer. Tips for maximising your stay here... Walk to South Freo dog beach for a morning swim, then get a coffee and pastry at Wild bakery. Dine on impeccable Mexican at La Cabana, then have a post dinner drink at Madalena's. Catch the bus into Freemantle to shop and soak up the vibes. Or, just stay home and cook in the kitchen as it has all the gear you need to make whatever you enjoy eating.

It is located in a very convenient spot as well. The apartment was very clean and Claire was super responsive to messages. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a long-term or short-term stay in Freemantle. 5 stars.

We enjoyed our stay very much. the location was perfect, walking distance to Coles, cafes and beautiful parks as well as the zoo. We appreciated the cleanliness of the home. We did have some issues with ants but given other guests comments, this may be a wider strata problem, however it was easily resolved with keeping food items off the counter tops. There is on site parking for one car and the area was quiet. we visited in winter so didn't spend time outside, though I imagine it is lovely in warmer months. Linda provided us a travel cot and highchair which was greatly appreciated. Thank you.

We stayed 6 nights after booking at short notice for a family funeral. At arrival we were greeted by a perfect selection of breakfast provisions plus a few little treats. The location was great for us to explore the area by car but we also walked into Fremantle. We cooked our own dinners, washed our clothes and had everything we needed. Off street parking was perfect for our hire car. The ducks in the yard where Trish lives were an added bonus! I highly recommend staying here.

Rami's place is exceptionally clean, tidy, quiet, and spacious—a truly cosy and welcoming home. The house is well-equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The beds are soft, and the bedroom lighting creates a warm, relaxing atmosphere. The unit comfortably accommodates five people, with the fifth person able to sleep on the sofa if needed. We especially appreciated the added convenience of a dryer and dishwasher. The bathroom also features a heated towel rail, which is perfect for staying warm after a bath or shower. Everything about our stay was superb!

Jane was a perfect host. We had clear instructions before we traveled and she was around if we needed anything. The location was an ideal base for us to visit family and travel further afield. The property was very well equipped and we felt very much at home in the 35 days we were there. I’d highly recommend Jane and this property.

Had a fabulous stay at Paul & Linda’s place while visiting Scarborough. Location could not have been better. Apartment was exactly as described and had everything you could need.
