The place is really great, and I already want to come back. Even though the photos are accurate, the place is much nicer than the pictures tell you. It's a completely furnished appartment, absolutely nothing is missing. Everything is very well kept, and even the kitchen looks brand new. Giovanna also was very flexible with our check in and check out, and she is a really nice and attentive host.

Modern new house just 50 m from the beach - super convenient! Welcome basket full of local delicacies. Flexible check in/out. Great on site host, Salvatore, always available and quick to help with any issues. Great experience overall!

Piero's place was absolutely beautiful. We spent every morning eating in the garden and the location was very good. Close enough to the centre to be able to explore but far away enough so that it was not too noisy. Piero was very attentive and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable as he checked us in himself :) Thank you so much! We will hopefully be back soon!

Wir waren 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft und fühlten uns sehr wohl bei Angela. Als Ausgangspunkt zu den vielen tollen Stränden ist Loiri super gelegen. Wir haben tolle Tipps für Strände und Unternehmungen bekommen. Uns wurde sogar ein Tisch im Agriturismo Tenuta Oster Maria gebucht (war auf der Seite eigentlich ausgebucht). Das war ein tolles Erlebnis. Der Pool sah sehr einladend aus. Leider haben wir diesen aber nicht genutzt, da wir die meiste Zeit am Strand waren. Unser Highlight in der Unterkunft war das tolle und liebevolle Frühstück von Angela. Sie ist unfassbar freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Petit appartement tres tranquille, très propre. Daniele était très gentil et nous a laissé de petites attentions. Nous avons aimé la petite terrasse pour déjeuner et prendre l’apéro. La ville se trouve à 10-15 minutes de marche, ça se fait super bien. Le parking aussi, très facile dans la rue résidentielle.

Tolle, zentrale Lage mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf Cala Gonone und das Meer. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden was ich benötigte. Komme gerne wieder.

Great accommodation with a very kind host. Accommodation is located next to other houses on the park, but we experienced full privacy. Everything was very neat and clean. The view on the sea and the close walk to the beach was amazing! We would definitely recommend the home to everyone for a relaxed holiday.

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen in Giulios Apartment – sechs Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind – und haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den tollen Pool, die charmante kleine Außenküche und die warme Außendusche – ein echtes Highlight, das den Umstand, dass es “nur” ein großes Bad mit Dusche und ein separates WC gibt, absolut wettgemacht hat. Die Kommunikation mit Giulio war jederzeit hervorragend – er war super hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und hat uns mit vielen großartigen Tipps zur Umgebung versorgt. Der gesamte Aufenthalt verlief reibungslos und entspannt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Apartment uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Soggiorno spettacolare, immerso nella campagna gallurese, nel giardino della casa alti alberi di querce, ombrosi, e una bella piscina per rinfrescarsi in assenza di una spiaggia vicina. Abbiamo avuto la gradevolissima compagnia di due gattini, educati e affettuosi, e con il calare della notte ci ha fatto visita un riccio di terra, curioso ma discreto. Casa freschissima all' interno, piacevole sorpresa per in vista dell' estate che inizia. Dotazione di comfort inaspettati in una casa di campagna: la lavastoviglie! Ci ha evitato noiose faccende domestiche post prandiali. Letti comodi, bagno ampio con lavatrice, una sala da pranzo ampia e luminosa. E sorpresa....wifi gratuito! Ringraziamo Antonio per il piacevole weekend e torneremo!

Host was so responsive and communicative and was there to help with anything we needed not to mention the absolute sweetest as she took it upon herself to arrange transportation for us to airport in the morning after checkout. Please do yourself a favor and book with this host you will not be disappointed

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Lauras Haus in San Teodoro! Das Haus war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und hatte alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Lage – San Teodoro und die Umgebung sind einfach traumhaft. Die Strände in der Nähe sind wunderschön und gut erreichbar. Wir hatten ein Auto und konnten die Gegend erkunden. Laura war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, ebenso wie ihre Eltern, die uns herzlich empfangen haben und sehr freundlich waren. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

La maison était parfaite et très propre. On s’est senti très bien. L’appartement est bien disposé et dispose de tout., nous étions avec notre fille de 2 ans, lit parapluie à disposition et même un petit toboggan dans le jardin. La proximité de la route ne dérange absolument pas car bien isolée, la propriété est bien entretenue. Carla nous a apporté des gâteaux et des spécialités sardes. La plage est à 5mn à pied , c’est une belle plage propre parfaite pour les familles. Un petit supermarché et un vendeur de poisson frais sont aussi à 5mn à pied. Je recommande vivement.

Sabrina was great host , professional and always available to help. Location and view is stunning and makes you forget everything else. Beautiful beach just 5 minutes walk. We had very nice time there, Only thing needs a bit of attention is outdoor shower and BBQ area as it was unusable. Also boiler is too small and not enough for size of the house and 8 people. Overall it was well worth it and had wonderful time there.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans cet appartement situé à Porto Pollo, en Sardaigne. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduites par le cadre : une vue imprenable sur la mer, un environnement calme et préservé, et un accès direct à une plage magnifique. L’appartement lui-même était parfaitement équipé, décoré avec goût et d’une propreté irréprochable. Chaque détail semblait avoir été pensé pour offrir un maximum de confort : literie de qualité, cuisine fonctionnelle, climatisation, et une petite terrasse où nous avons adoré prendre nos repas. L’accueil de notre hôtesse a été à la hauteur de l’endroit : chaleureux, attentionné, avec de précieux conseils pour découvrir la région, et les bons restaurants. Un véritable petit coin de paradis, que nous recommandons sans hésiter.

The place is lovely. Just a few meters from a nice beach. There are nice restaurants in the area. The flat is in the basement, it does not get a lot of light in the bedrooms or the bathroom. In my opinion this in only a problem if you are there when the wether is not good and you plan to stay in the apartment for a day or more.

Abbiamo prenotato all’ultimo questo alloggio a causa di un cambio programma. Antonio è stato da subito disponibile rispondendo velocemente alle nostre domande. Prima dell’arrivo ci ha inviato informazioni dettagliate per l’ingresso anticipando il check in e posticipando il check out senza nessun problema! La casa era pulita ed esattamente come descritta, perfetta per 2 adulti e 2 bambini. Zona giorno un po’ buia ma è possibile utilizzare il portico esterno per mangiare restando comunque riparati e nella privacy. La piscina ad utilizzo comune è molto bella, pulita. La zona è tranquilla, ha vicino un piccolo market (10 min circa a piedi), gelateria e pizzeria/rosticceria. In macchina a pochi minuti si raggiungono spiagge bellissime!!

Abbiamo passato una settimana a Porto Rotondo e scegliere questa zona è stata davvero una bella idea. Il posto è stupendo, vicino al supermercato, al porto e a ristorantini carini. Anche la spiaggia si può raggiungere a piedi. L’appartamento era in ordine, molto pulito. Federica è stata sempre gentilissima! Ci ha dato una mano a trovare un’escursione per La Maddalena ed è stata sempre disponibile con tutto. Torneremo sicuramente l’anno prossimo!

Small apartment just next to a beach. We were working remotely from the apartment. Wifi wasn’t good, but according to Graziano, that should change in the future. Also the kitchen is really small and on the opposite side of the apartment that the table. We appreciated washing machine, huge terrace and closeness of the sea. Graziano is really nice guy.

Just a few minutes’ walk from the heart of Cala Gonone port, the apartment is very convenient yet situated in a quiet neighborhood. The place is huge with a large terrace. Nothing to complain and would definitely come again if we visit Cala Gonone in the future.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft 😀 alles sehr sauber, die Bettwäsche und Decken frisch gewaschen und riechen gut! Obwohl die Unterkunft etwas klein ist, gibt es alles was man braucht 👌! Die Aussicht ist ein Geschenk und werde sie nie vergessen! Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen 😀
