公共空間整齊 燈光明亮 衛浴設備很乾淨 有提供洗髮乳跟沐浴乳 若沒有帶到浴巾可以租借 寢室的位置算大 不會很擠 每個床位都有獨立的照明跟一個小的保險箱 雖然說地理位置稍微偏僻一點 不過整個住宿體驗還是非常棒！

很特別 很安靜 室內露營感

空間很大 房間也很乾淨，走出去大馬路就有吃的 還有全聯 非常方便，火車站走過來也是可以接受的距離 適合和朋友聚會的好地方～

參加蘭陽鐵人三項訂這間名宿，離比賽場地走路不到10分鐘 非常近！離東山車站大概也只要3分鐘 交通很方便附近假日也有夜市。 房間很大，廁所也很乾淨，外面可以停兩輛車。我們六位入住都覺得很舒適！ 房東還去買了附近要排隊的麻糬給我們，非常好吃~ 總之如果有多人來冬山玩，我們很推這邊🤩

非常詳細的自助入住，房間乾淨，cp直不錯，走路可到夜市不遠，住的又安靜。

My family of 7 (4 adults and my 3 children under 5) really enjoyed this stay. The apartment was walkable to Luodong Night Market, had a laundromat just downstairs, and lots of eateries around us. The apartment was very spacious and beautifully designed. Ann was also very responsive to any enquiries we sent to her! Thank you for the lovely stay Ann.

Truly home away from home. It was easy for my elderly mother to move around, my daughter felt right at home, it’s comfortable to come back to after a whole day of sightseeing. Grace was really accommodating, the place was clean, beyond what I expected. Thank you, Grace. 🌻

Candy, the host, was amazing. She personally welcomed us even late at night when we checked in. She helped us with the luggages and even went to get fever patch for us after knowing our kid was having fever. Moreover she brought us around to a night market and was very helpful with things we needed. The house was relatively clean and the stench of smell that others mentioned, we did not experience it. Overall we enjoyed our stay and hugely thanks to Candy!

The place was spacious and the home was kid-friendly. Great amenities for a family vacation :) A very responsive host who is very understanding.

Communication prior to the stay was prompt and efficient. Kathy was super helpful in accommodating to my needs (I had asked if I could send her a cake prior to my arrival) and super friendly. The apartment was clean and spacious. Kathy graciously allowed an earlier check in and later check out. I recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay in Jioaxi!

This is an excellent place to stay. The place is super clean and very tidy. Great for family. Has a lift to take you up so you won’t need to climb stairs. Great location with lots of food around.

雖然沒有電梯，，但居住位置真的很棒，因為沒有專屬停車場，原本要停河濱公園的，但是滿滿的都是來運動休閒的人潮😂，後來剛好在民宿附近的白線內發現停車格，接著宜蘭市內的景點我們都是用走，完全不用開車移動也沒問題～

老闆非常熱情、協助解決困難、回覆訊息迅速、好停車，下次絕對還會回來
