Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Sturgeon Lake

Ana is a great host and was caring and responsive. I stayed there a couple of months and felt at home. It was really great to have a private unit all to myself and for relatively reasonable price. The location is very convenient, with public transit, grocery stores, libraries, and lots of other stores very close by. The unit is quite spacious. The kitchen is probably more suitable for light cooking or heating of food, and there’s not a ton of refrigerator space. My only discomfort during my stay was that when the weather was very cold, the heat in the room was very warm, especially at night. But it made the laundry dry quickly, which was good. All in all, I’m glad I found this place and I really enjoyed my stay.

This was the best airbnb I have ever stayed in! We stayed for our wedding weekend - the natural lighting here was absolutely PERFECT. Super close to Peterborough! Sylvia not only let us take photos on the property, she gave us a free gift and offered for us to check out later the day after our wedding. It was also the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at an airbnb. I cannot recommend more!

This place was SO beautiful! Everything is new and well maintained. The interior is gorgeous. The fireplace and living room have such a nice ambience; cozy and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were squeaky clean and very presentable too. Staying here for the weekend was exactly the mini staycation we needed. The cottage is stocked with everything you may need! Hot tub was amazing too. Can't say enough great things & we'll definitely be back. Hosts were quick to respond as well 😊 best part: our dog enjoyed his stay also!

They were great hosts and responded quickly with any of my needs they made it very special for my 4 year old sons birthday and left him a little note with a couple treats which was an awesome surprise everything that was explained in the listing was there and it was a great vibe and experience we will be back 100% ! 10/10 must recommend folks ! Art’s place is one of the best places I’ve stayed at. It’s a big property with lots of space. The waterfront was pristine with clear water and no weeds. The interior has plenty of space to play games, enjoy the view and simply just relax. We would love to spend an entire week there the next time if Art would welcome us back.

Had a fantastic stay here! Looked exactly like the photos and had everything we needed. Christina was an excellent host, very quick responses and made sure we had everything we needed. Gorgeous property on a gorgeous lake. Would definitely stay here again.

My stay at Carley’s place was amazing ! Her place is stunning , incredible attention to detail , comfortable and peaceful. Great location , short walk into the downtown offerings. I highly recommend anyone to stay at Carley’s place if you’re in the area , you will only be left very impressed ! Thank you for hosting my short visit Toby

Derek and Doreen were extremely friendly, responsive, and hospitable, everything in the suite and in the backyard was as shown, if not better. They even gave us a gift as we had mentioned our wedding day was the day prior, couldn’t recommend them and this place enough, we would book again in a heart beat, thanks for everything Derek and Doreen!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Robin’s house was located very close to all the arena’s in Peterbourgh. We were there to watch our grandson play lacrosse. Hopefully they will return next year to this tournament. I will definetly be rebooking Robin’s loft. It was just as advertised. I also appreciated the selection of coffees. I had a great experience staying here. Gaby provides clear instructions before arrival for an easy and private check-in. I didn’t need to use many of the amenities during my stay, but it has everything you may need and there is plenty of space. Highly recommend if you need lodging in the northern Toronto suburbs!

This place was great. Well-designed and beautiful decor. Spotlessly clean. We stayed a week here and were so glad we did. We used the laundry facilities, the dishwasher, the dining area, and everything was so functional.

A great find in a quiet neighborhood close by to the shore and Whitby GO. Danny and Annette were friendly and responsive hosts, who made it possible for us to settle in to their space and feel at home. The apartment was clean and cozy, and we loved having access to the private sauna in our suite!

Jasmine & Scott’s place was even more beautiful than the photos! A truly unique spot that was super clean in a great location. The attention to detail in decor and Jasmine’s friendliness and responsiveness made us feel right at home. We had some issues with the projector when we arrived and Jasmine came right over and fixed it for us while we were out for dinner (at one of Jasmine’s amazing recommendations!). We couldn’t have asked for a better trip :)

Had a great stay! Very comfortable, clean and great communication from Vlad! Had a high chair available for use which was a nice touch! The only feedback we would give would be it would be nice to have more than two towels for a family especially being that there’s a pool but that was no big deal! Thanks for a great stay!

If you’ve never been to Friday Harbour it’s an amazing weekend escape with beaches, pools, bars and restaurants and light shopping. We spent our 10th anniversary at Marks Condo in the Harbour and loved every minute of it. Mark’s condo in Friday Harbour really is a gem. It’s on the top floor of a quiet building just steps away from the main boardwalk, hiking trails, and everything else Friday Harbour has to offer. The building complex offers communal BBQs and fire pits that are available and easy to use. The condo itself is very clean, bright, with its own balcony and everything you could possibly need. Marks check-in instructions are very detailed and thorough and is great at communication should anything come up. It was an incredible weekend and we will 100% come back.

Immaculately clean, spacious, and Beautiful condo. It had everything we need and a few steps to the marina. Easy instructions to get inside and parked. I highly recommend!
