The house is not for those with walking difficulties! There are some stairs up to and in the house. In Struer, there are good shopping opportunities, marina, harbor promenade, spa, fun park, cable car, mini golf, museums, many cafes, nice cinema, etc. 6 km to Struer Golf Club (Toftum Bjerge) 18 holes. Short distance to Venø and Oddesund with bridge and fishing opportunities.

An annex downstairs from the main house. There is a wooden terrace with a table and 4 chairs. The house is a room as well as a toilet and bathroom. There is a loft above the bathroom where 2 children can easily sleep. It is electric kettle, hot plate, various kitchen thing. There is a heat pump that lightning fast heats the room up or cools it down. The house is located in a summer house area where there is only 400 meters to a lovely beach. There are shopping opportunities in Humlum about 1 km. From Humlum there are also buses and trains.

The apartment is 55 m2 in size and contains a large living room, with sofa bed, a bright kitchen in a separate niche, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower and toilet. From the apartment, there is a beautiful view of the fjord and only 200 meters to a "private beach. It is possible to rent a double and a single kayak - or even bring your own. The entire apartment was newly built in 2019, with underfloor heating in all rooms.
