The house has the best location on Sönneberget and with a large pool on the property and 100 meters to the sea, you can always take a cooling dip. Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and cliffs to the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.

Large lawn outside and on the other side of the road is the wharf. The ferry to Hamburgo is located around 100m south.
