Στο ανοιχτό πατάρι που διαθέτει, μπορούν να φιλοξενηθούν 2 άτομα ενώ κάτω στον υπόλοιπο χώρο υπάρχει καναπές - κρεβάτι για να φιλοξενηθούν άλλα δύο. Στο χώρο της Κουζίνας μπορείτε να ετοιμάσετε πρόχειρα γεύματα και να πιείτε έξω τον καφέ σας στο σοκάκι σαν παραδοσιακό καφενείο.

Αποτελείται από ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, ξεχωριστή κουζίνα και μπάνιο με ντουζιέρα. Η κουζίνα διαθέτει ηλεκτρικά μάτια, σκεύη για μαγείρεμα και ψυγειοκαταψύκτη.  Έχει επίσης δύο αυλές/βεραντουλες.
